Abstract

本发明提供一种LED路灯灯罩用复合材料,由双层玻璃及夹设于所述双层玻璃中间的复合膜构成,所述复合膜包括靠近LED灯源一侧的耐老化层及远离LED灯源一侧的散射层。本案所提供的LED路灯灯罩采用双层玻璃夹持复合膜的结构在实现高透光率和高散射性同时,提高了灯罩的牢固性和耐久性;复合膜中的耐老化层设于靠近光源一侧,提高了复合膜的使用寿命;复合膜中的散射层设于远离光源一侧,并采用聚氨酯材料,通过聚氨酯中添加的透明填料,使散射层在保持高透光率同时,将光线散射向外发出,提高光线照射面积,减少相邻路灯间明暗变化。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合材料,特别涉及一种LED路灯灯罩用复合材料。
背景技术
随着时代的发展,现代化建设步伐的不断加快,人们的生活水平不断提高,对道路照明及亮化工程需求也逐渐加大。但在LED路灯灯罩的现有技术中,仍多采用传统的玻璃罩,而随着LED路灯越来越多的采用太阳能面板、风能或蓄电池等能源作为供电机构后,对于LED路灯能量利用程度的推进将显得尤为必要。
基于以上所述,一种LED路灯灯罩用复合材料的开发很有必要性。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种LED路灯灯罩用复合材料,旨在通过一种由双层玻璃及夹设于所述双层玻璃中间的复合膜构成的复合结构,实现LED路灯良好的透光性及较高的能量输出率。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种LED路灯灯罩用复合材料,由双层玻璃及夹设于所述双层玻璃中间的复合膜构成,所述复合膜包括,
耐老化层,由以下组分制得,按质量分数计,包括,
POE树脂,含量为90%~95%,熔体流动速率为(20~45)g/10min;紫外线吸收剂,紫外线吸收剂的含量为0.30~1.5%,所述紫外线吸收剂为2,2’-二羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-丙烯酰氧基乙氧基二苯甲酮或2-羟基-4-正辛基氧基二苯甲酮中一种或两种混合物;
防老剂,含量为1~5%,所述防老剂为N-苯基-α-苯胺或N-苯基-N`-环己基对苯二胺;
抗氧剂,抗氧剂的含量为0.5~1.5%,所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-乙基苯酚或β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基-苯基)丙酸十八酯中的一种;
交联剂,交联剂的含量为0.3%~1.3%,所述交联剂为1,1-双(叔丁基过氧)-3,3,5-三甲基环己烷、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯或三烯丙基异氰脲酰胺中一种或两种混合物;

优选的是,其中,所述层压工艺温度为96~150℃,时间为3~10min。

本发明提供的LED路灯灯罩用复合材料的有益效果:1)采用双层玻璃夹持复合膜的结构在实现高透光率和高散射性同时,提高了灯罩的牢固性和耐久性;2)复合膜中的耐老化层设于靠近光源一侧,提高了复合膜的使用寿命;3)复合膜中的散射层设于远离光源一侧,并采用聚氨酯材料,通过聚氨酯中添加的透明填料,使散射层在保持高透光率同时,将光线散射向外发出,提高光线照射面积,减少相邻路灯间明暗变化。

防老剂,含量为1%,所述防老剂为N-苯基-α-苯胺或N-苯基-N`-环己基对苯二胺;
抗氧剂,抗氧剂的含量为1.5%,所述抗氧剂为β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基-苯基)丙酸十八酯;
交联剂,交联剂的含量为1.3%,所述交联剂为过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯;

通过将上述聚氨酯粒料、透明填料、增塑剂、促进剂及催化剂高速混合1小时候,加入触变剂,并再次高速后,熔融挤出形成膜状散射层。
实施例3
实施例1中防老层及实施例2中散射层采用层压工艺复合。层压工艺温度为96℃,时间为10min。
制得的复合膜提高了光线照射面积,减少了相邻路灯间明暗变化,采用平面双层玻璃夹设该复合膜作为灯罩,相邻灯柱距离为10m,相邻灯柱间无阴影区域;且在模拟现实环境的老化箱中采用LED光源连续照射老化10000h,未出现明显黄化现象。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。

促进剂,含量为0.5%~2.5%,所述促进剂为γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷;
催化剂,含量为0.03%~0.1%,所述催化剂选自二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡或双(二甲氨基乙基)醚中的任一种或任意几种;
其中,所述耐老化层为靠近LED灯源一侧,所述散射层为远离LED灯源一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯灯罩用复合材料,其特征在于,所述耐老化层由以下组分制得,按质量分数计,包括,
POE树脂,含量为92%,熔体流动速率为(40~45)g/10min;
紫外线吸收剂,紫外线吸收剂的含量为1%,所述紫外线吸收剂为2,2’-二羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮;
防老剂,含量为5%,所述防老剂为N-苯基-α-苯胺;
抗氧剂,抗氧剂的含量为1.5%,所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚;
交联剂,交联剂的含量为1.3%,所述交联剂为1,1-双(叔丁基过氧)-3,3,5-三甲基环己烷;
偶联剂,偶联剂的含量为0.2%,所述偶联剂为γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED路灯灯罩用复合材料,其特征在于,所述散射层,按质量分数计,包括,
聚氨酯,含量为82.45%;
透明填料,含量为8%,所述透明填料为透明粉和200㎡/g气相二氧化硅的混合物;
触变剂,含量为5%,所述触变剂为比表面积为380㎡/g的气相二氧化硅;
增塑剂,含量为4%,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛脂;
促进剂,含量为0.5%,所述促进剂为γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷;
催化剂,含量为0.05%,所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED路灯灯罩用复合材料,其特征在于,所述散射层是通过将聚氨酯粒料、透明填料、增塑剂、促进剂及催化剂高速混合1小时候,加入触变剂,并再次高速后,熔融挤出形成膜状散射层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的LED路灯灯罩用复合材料,其特征在于,所述防老层及所述散射层采用层压工艺复合而成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的LED路灯灯罩用复合材料,其特征在于,所述层压工艺温度为96~150℃,时间为3~10min。
7.根据权利要求6所述的LED路灯灯罩用复合材料,其特征在于,所述层压工艺温度为120%,时间为4min。
