Abstract

本发明公开一种改进的2024铝合金,按重量计,该铝合金由如下组分组成:Cu3.8-4.9%,Mg1.2-1.8%,Mn0.3-0.9%,Si0.5%,Fe0.5%,Zn0.25%,Cr0.1%,Ti0.15%,In0.01-0.03%,余量为铝和不可避免的杂质,其中,Mn与Mg的重量比为1:(0.4-0.42)。与现有2024铝合金相比,本发明改进后的铝合金具有更为良好的综合性能。

本发明涉及一种改进的2024铝合金。
背景技术
2024铝合金是硬铝中用量最大的,具有强度高和耐热的特点,可用作150℃以下的工作零件,温度高于125℃时,2024铝合金的强度比7075铝合金的还高,被广泛应用于飞机结构(蒙皮、骨架、肋梁、隔框等)、铆钉、导弹构件、卡车轮毂、螺旋桨元件及其他各种结构件。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改进的2024铝合金。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种改进的2024铝合金,按重量计,由如下组分组成:
Cu 3.8-4.9%,Mg 1.2-1.8%,Mn 0.3-0.9%,Si 0.5%,Fe 0.5%,Zn 0.25%,Cr 0.1%,Ti 0.15%,In 0.01-0.03%,余量为铝和不可避免的杂质,其中,Mn与Mg的重量比为1:(0.4-0.42)。
与现有2024铝合金相比,本发明改进后的铝合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度能提高10-15%左右,延伸率能提高15-20%,综合性能得到明显的改善。

以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种改进的2024铝合金,按重量计,其各组分含量如下:
Cu 3.8-4.9%,Mg 1.26%,Mn 0.51%,Si 0.5%,Fe 0.5%,Zn 0.25%,Cr 0.1%,Ti 0.15%,In 0.015%,余量为铝和不可避免的杂质(各杂质总量不大于0.15%,单个不大于0.05%)。在750℃熔炼,浇铸成厚度为11mm的铝板。抗拉强度:530MPa,屈服强度:386MPa,延伸率15.1%。
实施例2
一种改进的2024铝合金,按重量计,其各组分含量如下:
Cu 3.8-4.9%,Mg 1.5%,Mn 0.62%,Si 0.5%,Fe 0.5%,Zn 0.25%,Cr 0.1%,Ti 0.15%,In 0.03%,余量为铝和不可避免的杂质(各杂质总量不大于0.15%,单个不大于0.05%)。在750℃熔炼,浇铸成厚度为11mm的铝板。抗拉强度:525MPa,屈服强度:381MPa,延伸率14.5%。

Cu 3.8-4.9%,Mg 1.2-1.8%,Mn 0.3-0.9%,Si 0.5%,Fe 0.5%,Zn 0.25%,Cr 0.1%,Ti 0.15%,In 0.01-0.03%,余量为铝和不可避免的杂质,其中,Mn与Mg的重量比为1:(0.4-0.42)。
