Abstract
本设计绿色暖气茶炉,是利用现有可燃烧物产生的烟尘颗粒物,经暖气茶炉热能充分利用后,吸入净化室,将有害物质水解或化学截留在水解液体内,将不能被水截留的物质气体被风机吸入炉内二次燃烧产热能,如此循环燃烧无排放,这里称绿色排放,同时可设计用于取暖或茶炉功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃煤暖气茶水炉的烟尘净化,具体涉及燃煤烟尘循环净化燃烧无排放,属于生态环境保护领域。
背景技术
目前人们生活习惯需要,在农村街镇市井.中小企业.服务性社区,餐饮业等公共场所对燃煤供暖,茶水需要的小型茶水供暖炉还很普遍,虽然烟尘不集中,但因普遍性的危害造成空气污染很严重,人们因生活习惯的需求,因用电,燃气的相对成本高,显得很无奈。虽然传统的炉具逐步限止,或在不断改进,人们受欢迎的懒汉炉等,烟尘的排放对空气的危害还在继续。
发明内容
本设计提供一种水解净化“循环燃烧无排放”又称零排放技术,其方法是将燃煤烟尘余热充分利用后.在降低烟尘温度后进行轮式多道水解过滤净化,或喷水淋滤式过滤净化,化学中和分解将燃煤,燃气,燃树干柴,及市井可燃垃圾等产生的烟尘碳颗粒物有效截留在水解循环液中,让不能与水反应或过滤的物质如一氧化碳、碳氢化合物等经风机传送至炉内二次燃烧产热,这样既提高了燃烧的利用热能又无排放危害,这里称“绿色茶炉”,也可称循环燃烧零排放。

循环燃烧茶炉为一体设计制作,烟道管经顶部高温区,往中部加热水温区内走向,再入下部储水箱(冷却烟道)也可称余热利用后被抽入轮式多道净化网,或淋式过滤网,水解过滤,让烟尘中的二氧化碳、硫化合物、碳化合物等碳颗粒物被水解截留在水解液内,不能与水反应的物质如一氧化碳、碳氢化合物(包括氮氧化物)等被风机吸出通往炉内二次燃烧再产热能。本设计称为循环燃烧绿色零排放技术。
绿色排放指有害物质截留在水解液中,对空气环境无排放危害(水解液可集中化学回收利用)。
具体实施方式
为了使本领域的普通技术人员更加清楚本发明的技术实施方案,以下作进一步阐述:
示意图.1为进水电磁阀或可控阀,2为上水电磁阀,3为储水箱.也为温水箱,4为炉底出灰或进风口【A】,5为炉门,6为茶水炉,7为烟道上盖,8为蒸汽盖,9为蒸汽压力表,10为蒸汽阀,11为水位指示,12为下冷却烟道进挣化室,13为净化水位控制,14为喷水室,15-16为过滤网,17为净化水,18为水泵,19为风机,20为炉底架子,【A】为净化气体引入炉内二次燃烧,即循环燃烧无排放,或循环燃烧取暖茶炉。
Claims (5)
1.绿色取暖茶炉其特征在于:
整体设计见视图;【3】下部储水箱兼烟道末端冷却(或为烟道余热利用)
【4】清灰口A兼二次燃烧助燃气流进口。在风机口A引入,
【6】主燃烧炉兼加热水箱炉兼烟道中段冷却(或为烟道余热利用)。
【7】上部烟道集收高温区与水箱炉一体设计既有效利用热能,又充分集吸烟尘。
【8】水箱炉顶部加强设计,让蒸汽压力根据需要设计强度,并且蒸汽盖可定期拆卸,便于烟管积碳清除,(清除时底部可同样拆卸)。
2.根据权利要求,绿色供暖茶炉其特征在于燃烧物多种选择:
A,煤碳、木碳、焦碳等。
B,燃油、燃气。(包括沼气)
C,树木、桔杆、农业可燃物。
D,可燃垃圾。
3.根据权利要求,绿色茶炉其特征在于净化设备采用喷淋式,也可采用轮式水解净化器。水解液视燃烧物加不同添加剂。
4.根据权利要求,绿色供暖炉其特征在于,烟道循环净化二次燃烧绿色零排放功能,设计适用范围广。
5.根据权利要求,绿色茶炉其特征在于,可用于暖气或茶水炉功能,水解净化液集中化学回收利用,不可与生活用水污染,让全民逐步创造绿色生态新环境。
