背景技术
山猪,也称野猪(Sus scrofa),其分布范围极广,中国的野猪分布主要在东北三省、云贵地区、福建、广东地区。纯种野猪一方面由于人类猎杀与生存环境空间急剧减缩等因素,数量已急剧减少,并已经被许多国家列为濒危物种,另一方面以其草食动物肉质醇香、鲜美和营养更丰富而受到人们的喜爱,但是,纯种野猪又具有生长缓慢,体重较轻、野猪本身数量有限,肉粗皮厚,肉质口感差等原因不适宜单纯驯养推广,并且野猪季节性发情,产仔少、不易饲养。而人们寻求野味和改善口味以及对于营养价值的要求不断增加。
惠远特种山猪是具有我国特色、有一流瘦肉型优质猪肉的新品种,选用经家养驯化后的野猪与优良品种的瘦肉型猪进行杂交,经定向培育,人工选择后形成的猪品种中的后起之秀。它即像家猪,又像野猪,取野猪、家猪之长,补其之短,表现出明显的杂交优势故称之为特种山猪。全身被毛为灰黑褐色、头呈楔型、额宽、嘴长短适中、耳大小适中微向前方倾斜、颈长短适中结合良好并有鬃毛着生、体型结构紧凑、胸宽深背腰平直、肌肉发达、四肢强健、蹄壳为灰黑色。由于特种山猪是一种新品种,对于其饲养方法的研究较少,并且山猪的饲养方法与山猪的饲养具有很大不同,利用家猪的饲养方法喂养特种山猪,其生长缓慢、肉质不好、容易生病等。
另外抗生素长期以来可有效地防治动物疾病、降解体内毒素含量、提高肉蛋奶品质和促进动物生长。因为抗生素的持续使用会造成细菌耐药性和动物产品药物残留等诸多问题。随着人们健康意识的增强,寻求和开发绿色、无污染、清洁的饲养方法已成为当前研究的热点。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种特种山猪的饲养方法,解决现有饲养方法中没有特种山猪的饲养方法,利用家猪的饲养方法喂养特种山猪,其生长缓慢、肉质不好、容易生病等问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种特种山猪的饲养方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步、哺乳仔猪的饲养:
(1)仔猪出生后用经消毒后的毛巾擦干口、鼻、体表的粘液,然后再离脐部2-3厘米处断脐并涂擦碘洒,剪掉犬齿,编制耳号,称重、填写母猪产仔哺乳记录、建立档案;仔猪产后1小时以内要及早吃足初乳,在产后2-3d内按仔猪大小强弱固定乳头,同时补铜、铁,7d开始诱食,10d开始补料,并供足温暖清洁饮水;圈内温度保持20-22℃,保温箱内温度控制在35℃-32℃,预防仔猪冻死,压死、踩死现象的发生;仔猪出生后20日龄用伊维菌素进行驱虫,21-25日龄进行猪瘟疫苗和仔猪副伤寒的预防接种;
(2)在母猪饲料和仔猪开口料采用以下方案:所述的母猪饲料,按照重量百分比计,包括玉米64.5-65.5%、麦麸15-16.5%,豆粕8-9%,鱼粉2.5-3%,玉米蛋白粉1.5-2%,膨化血粉3-3.5%,骨粉1.5-2%,多种维生素0.1%,多种微量元素0.1%,鱼肝油ADE0.05-0.1%,脱霉剂0.1%,益生素0.2-0.3%,食盐0.3-0.4%;
(3)适时断奶;
第二步、保育仔猪的饲养:
(1)采用哺乳仔猪期间的饲料喂养断奶仔猪,采用自由采食,供足清洁饮水,搞好防疫保健,做好疫病监测,做到断奶7天内饲料、温度、环境、人员和工具不变,再经过7天饲养,结束保育期;
(2)对保育仔猪进行环境条件的适应性训练,生活规律性的调教,减少不良应急反应造成对生猪的影响;
第三步、育肥猪的饲养:
仔猪断奶经保育期结束后,对猪群进行整顿,控制养殖密度,按2㎡/头,保持圈舍冬暖夏凉、舍内干燥、采光充足、通风良好,猪体重达30kg以上,采取半舍式半放牧的饲养方式,保证青绿多汁饲料的供给,育肥猪饲料具体为:所述的育肥猪饲料饲料按照重量百分比计,包括玉米66-68%、麦麸15-16%,豆粕6-7%,鱼粉2-2.5%,玉米蛋白粉3-3.5%,膨化血粉3-3.5%,骨粉1-2%,多种维生素0.05%,多种微量元素0.1%,脱霉剂0.1%,益生素0.1-0.2%,食盐0.25-0.3%。
进一步,本发明的一种优选方案为:所述的断奶具体为:断奶日龄选择5周龄或仔猪平均体重达到7-8kg时断奶,断奶时可采取一次性断奶或分次断奶。
进一步,本发明的一种优选方案为:所述的适应性训练具体为:舍内放置铁链或直径3厘米粗,长30厘米的木棒,供保育仔猪啃咬玩耍,噪音的适应性训练。
进一步,本发明的一种优选方案为:所述的母猪饲料,按照重量百分比计,包括玉米65%、麦麸15.5%,豆粕9%,鱼粉3%,玉米蛋白粉2%,膨化血粉3%,骨粉1.5%,多种维生素0.1%,多种微量元素0.1%,鱼肝油ADE0.1%,脱霉剂0.1%,益生素0.2%,食盐0.4%。
进一步,本发明的一种优选方案为:所述的育肥猪饲料按照重量百分比计,包括玉米66.6%、麦麸16%,豆粕6.5%,鱼粉2.3%,玉米蛋白粉3.5%,膨化血粉3%,骨粉1.5%,多种维生素0.05%,多种微量元素0.1%,脱霉剂0.1%,益生素0.1%,食盐0.25%。
进一步,本发明的一种优选方案为:所述的多种维生素中,每1kg多种维生素中含维生素A 260000IU,维生素D 24000IU,维生素E 2000IU,维生素K400mg,维生素B1 200mg,维生素B 2420mg,维生素B12 2mg,烟酸1800mg,泛酸2000mg,维生素H 20mg,叶酸120mg。
进一步,本发明的一种优选方案为:所述的多种微量元素中,每1kg多种微量元素中含有铁10000mg,锌18000mg,铜800mg,锰600mg,碘20mg和硒60mg。
进一步,本发明的一种优选方案为:所述的益生素中每克益生素中含有乳酸杆菌3-5*108CFU、双歧杆菌6-8*3-5*109CFU、芽孢杆菌6-8*109CFU、酵母菌3-5*108CFU和光合细菌5-6*109CFU。
本发明中采用的鱼肝油ADF为含维生素A、D、E较高的维生素,每公斤鱼肝油ADF含有维生素A 1800000IU,维生素D 180000IU和维生素E 8000IU。
保育仔猪是指在断奶后进入保育期并达到70日龄,体重达到22.5kg以上的仔猪。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的饲养方法根据长期对特种山猪饮食习惯及其肉质要求,通过大量的实验,得到本发明的饲养方法。采用本发明的饲养方法喂养特种山猪,使特种山猪生长速度快,育肥猪9月龄体重可达90-100kg即可屠宰上市;抗病力极强,体重达20kg以后很少生病。
采用本发明的饲养方法喂养的特种山猪肉质鲜嫩香醇,色泽鲜红,三级国标,营养丰富,含有人体所必须的17种氨基酸、7种脂肪酸、特别是亚油酸含量达到17%,是杜长大杂交猪的2.5倍。由于高含量的亚油酸存在,使特种山猪猪肉身价倍增,成为人民青睐的食品。亚油酸是人体营养中最重要的脂肪酸,体内不能合成,只能从食物中摄取。亚油酸能降低胆固醇、预防血管硬化、高血压的发生,它有抗凝作用,能预防脑血栓、心机梗塞、冠心病;它还具有延缓细胞衰老、美容、延长人类寿命之奇效,所以营养专家称特种山猪肉为肉中之王。
本发明的饲养方法充分考虑各种饲料原料之间的相互作用以及特种山猪的营养需要,使其效果得到最优。首先优选多种维生素和多种微量元素,使其符合特种山猪的营养要求,选用多种菌种组合的益生素可以有效地提高特种山猪的抗病能力,但是原料不但要符合营养要求,原料的吸收利用更加重要。尤其是微量元素的吸收。
本发明的益生素采用每克益生素中含有乳酸杆菌3-5*108CFU、双歧杆菌6-8*3-5*109CFU、芽孢杆菌6-8*109CFU、酵母菌3-5*108CFU和光合细菌5-6*109CFU的组合。
乳酸杆菌是一类可分解糖类产生乳酸的革兰氏阳性菌,厌氧或微需氧,PH值为3.0-4.5时仍可生长繁殖。乳酸菌大都能在肠道内定植,抵抗阴性致病菌,增强抗感染能力,增加肠系膜免疫调节活性,合成B族维生素、Vk、Vd和氨基酸等物质,可提高矿物质元素的生物学活性、改善矿物质的吸收功能,进而为宿主提供必需的营养物质,以增强动物的营养代谢、促进机体生长,克服腐败过程,降低宿主血胆固醇,增强宿主对乳酸的耐力,同时乳酸菌类还能产生溶菌素和过氧化氢等,可抑制几种潜在病原微生物的生长。
双歧杆菌为革兰氏阳性厌氧菌,最适生长温度37~4l℃,初始最适pH值6.5~7.0,具有维持肠道菌群平衡、治疗肠道功能紊乱、抗肿瘤和免疫调节功能,能减少内毒素的产生、延缓机体衰老等作用。
芽孢杆菌具有较高的蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶活性,对植物性碳水化合物具有较强的降解能力,以内孢子的形式少量存在于动物肠道中。目前应用的主要有地衣孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、东洋芽孢杆菌等。该类菌具有耐高温、耐酸碱、耐高压等特点。芽孢杆菌在肠道中主要是通过生物夺氧维持肠道生态平衡,它在肠道短时间定植后,可以消耗大量的氧气维持肠道厌氧环境增强肠道对厌氧菌的定植力。该菌在肠道中将淀粉转化为单糖,再由肠道中其他的菌将这些单糖转化为乳酸,降低肠道pH值,从而起到抑制病原菌的作用。它可通过产生抗体和提高巨噬细胞活性等刺激免疫,使机体免疫力和抗病力增强。
酵母菌的酵母细胞富含蛋白质、核酸、维生素、多种酶等营养成分;适口性好,可促进采食、提高消化吸收率;改善肠道微生态环境;调节动物机体免疫功能,增强抗病力;可直接和肠道病原体结合,中和肠道毒素。
光合细菌能产生大量的酶,如:蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、纤维素分解酶、果胶酶和植酸酶等,能和猪的胃肠道里固有的酶一起共同促进饲料的消化吸收,从而提高其利用率;加之光合细菌能合成B族维生素、维生素K、类胡萝卜素、氨基酸、生物活性物质辅酶Q及某些促生长因子而参与了物质代谢,所以能促进猪的生长。光合细菌还能预防矿物质、维生素和蛋白质代谢障碍等营养代谢病的发生,这对提高猪的产量和品质极为重要。
光合细菌在猪的肠道黏膜上大量定居和增殖,使病原菌及有害菌没有生存的空间。光合细菌还能产生抗病毒物质等,对病原微生物起到抑制作用。这些有益菌及其代谢不仅使病原菌难以在消化道立足,即使立足也难以繁衍生存,从而起到预防感染的保健作用。光合细菌对大肠杆菌和沙门杆菌等多种病原微生物的感染均有很好的防制作用。光合细菌还可产生相应的酶来分解H2S,从而起到抑制大肠杆菌等有害菌的腐败作用,以此来降低粪便中的氨和H2S等有害气体的质量浓度,使臭味减少,保护养殖环境、减少生猪呼吸道感染和眼病的发生。而且光合细菌对饲料内某些毒素和抗营养因子还有一定的降解和去毒作用。
采用以上的菌类组合和含量的控制,不但可以使各个菌种充分发挥各自的作用,而且使其相互之间作用,提高整体的效果,不但使特种山猪饲养过程中提高了免疫能力,使饲养过程中不用使用抗生素等药物,另外提高了饲料的利用率和转化率,降低了生产成本。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的实施例中所采用的多种维生素中,每1kg多种维生素中含维生素A260000IU,维生素D 24000IU,维生素E 2000IU,维生素K 400mg,维生素B1200mg,维生素B 2420mg,维生素B12 2mg,烟酸1800mg,泛酸2000mg,维生素H 20mg,叶酸120mg。
多种微量元素中,每1kg多种微量元素中含有铁10000mg,锌18000mg,铜800mg,锰600mg,碘20mg和硒60mg。
益生素中每克益生素中含有乳酸杆菌3-5*108CFU、双歧杆菌6-8*3-5*109CFU、芽孢杆菌6-8*109CFU、酵母菌3-5*108CFU和光合细菌5-6*109CFU。
鱼肝油ADF为含维生素A、D、E较高的维生素,每公斤鱼肝油ADF含有维生素A 1800000IU,维生素D 180000IU和维生素E 8000IU。
实施例1
一种特种山猪的饲养方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步、哺乳仔猪的饲养:
(1)仔猪出生后用经消毒后的毛巾擦干口、鼻、体表的粘液,然后再离脐部2-3厘米处断脐并涂擦碘洒,剪掉犬齿,编制耳号,称重、填写母猪产仔哺乳记录、建立档案;仔猪产后1小时以内要及早吃足初乳,在产后2-3d内按仔猪大小强弱固定乳头,同时补铜、铁,7d开始诱食,10d开始补料,并供足温暖清洁饮水;圈内温度保持20-22℃,保温箱内温度控制在35℃-32℃,预防仔猪冻死,压死、踩死现象的发生;仔猪出生后20日龄用伊维菌素进行驱虫,21-25日龄进行猪瘟疫苗和仔猪副伤寒的预防接种;
(2)在母猪饲料和仔猪开口料采用以下方案:所述的母猪饲料按照重量百分比计,包括玉米64.5%、麦麸15%,豆粕9%,鱼粉3%,玉米蛋白粉2%,膨化血粉3.5%,骨粉2%,多种维生素0.1%,多种微量元素0.1%,鱼肝油ADE 0.1%,脱霉剂0.1%,益生素0.3%,食盐0.3%;
(3)适时断奶,断奶具体为:断奶日龄选择5周龄左右或仔猪平均体重达到7-8kg时断奶,断奶时可采取一次性断奶或分次断奶;
第二步、保育仔猪的饲养:
(1)采用哺乳仔猪期间的饲料喂养断奶仔猪,采用自由采食,供足清洁饮水,搞好防疫保健,做好疫病监测,做到断奶7天内饲料、温度、环境、人员和工具不变,再经过7天饲养,结束保育期;
(2)对保育仔猪进行环境条件的适应性训练,生活规律性的调教,减少不良应急反应造成对生猪的影响,适应性训练具体为:舍内放置铁链或直径3厘米粗,长30厘米的木棒,供保育仔猪啃咬玩耍,为仔猪创造快乐健康的养殖环境,同时要进行汽车声、鞭炮声等噪音的适应性训练;
第三步、育肥猪的饲养:
仔猪断奶经保育期结束后,对猪群进行整顿,控制养殖密度,按2㎡/头,保持圈舍冬暖夏凉、舍内干燥、采光充足、通风良好,猪体重达30kg以上,采取半舍式半放牧的饲养方式,保证青绿多汁饲料的供给,育肥猪饲料具体为:所述的育肥猪饲料饲料按照重量百分比计,包括玉米66.6%、麦麸16%,豆粕6.5%,鱼粉2.3%,玉米蛋白粉3.5%,膨化血粉3%,骨粉1.5%,多种维生素0.05%,多种微量元素0.1%,脱霉剂0.1%,益生素0.1%,食盐0.25%。
实施例2
与实施例1基本相同,不同点在于,所述的母猪饲料,按照重量百分比计,包括玉米65%、麦麸15.5%,豆粕9%,鱼粉3%,玉米蛋白粉2%,膨化血粉3%,骨粉1.5%,多种维生素0.1%,多种微量元素0.1%,鱼肝油ADE0.1%,脱霉剂0.1%,益生素0.2%,食盐0.4%。
实施例3
与实施例1基本相同,不同点在于,所述的母猪饲料按照重量百分比计,包括玉米65.5%、麦麸16.5%,豆粕8%,鱼粉2.5%,玉米蛋白粉1.5%,膨化血粉3.3%,骨粉1.75%,多种维生素0.1%,多种微量元素0.1%,鱼肝油ADE0.05%,脱霉剂0.1%,益生素0.25%,食盐0.35%。
实施例4
与实施例2基本相同,不同点在于,所述的育肥猪饲料,按照重量百分比计,包括玉米66%、麦麸16%,豆粕7%,鱼粉2%,玉米蛋白粉3%,膨化血粉3.3%,骨粉2%,多种维生素0.05%,多种微量元素0.1%,脱霉剂0.1%,益生素0.15%,食盐0.3%。
实施例5
与实施例3基本相同,不同点在于,所述的育肥猪饲料,按照重量百分比计,包括玉米,68%、麦麸15%,豆粕6%,鱼粉2.5%,玉米蛋白粉3.3%,膨化血粉3.5%,骨粉1%,多种维生素0.05%,多种微量元素0.1%,脱霉剂0.1%,益生素0.2%,食盐0.25%。
采用实施例1-5的方法饲养川惠特种山猪,饲养过程中没有出现猪死亡和生病的问题,在整个川惠特种山猪的饲养过程中没有使用任何抗生素类药物,达到了清洁生产。9个月以后测定猪的重量和猪肉中的脂肪酸含量,具体见下表。

由上表可以知,采用本发明的饲养方法饲养川惠特种山猪,生长快,猪肉质鲜嫩香醇,色泽鲜红,三级国标,营养丰富,含有人体所必须的17种氨基酸、7种脂肪酸、特别是亚油酸含量达到19.3%。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种特种山猪的饲养方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一步、哺乳仔猪的饲养:
(1)仔猪出生后用经消毒后的毛巾擦干口、鼻、体表的粘液,然后再离脐部2-3厘米处断脐并涂擦碘洒,剪掉犬齿,编制耳号,称重、填写母猪产仔哺乳记录、建立档案;仔猪产后1小时以内要及早吃足初乳,在产后2-3d内按仔猪大小强弱固定乳头,同时补铜、铁,7d开始诱食,10d开始补料,并供足温暖清洁饮水;圈内温度保持20-22℃,保温箱内温度控制在35℃-32℃,预防仔猪冻死,压死、踩死现象的发生;仔猪出生后20日龄用伊维菌素进行驱虫,21-25日龄进行猪瘟疫苗和仔猪副伤寒的预防接种;
(2)在母猪饲料和仔猪开口料采用以下方案:所述的母猪饲料饲料按照重量百分比计,包括玉米64.5-65.5%、麦麸15-16.5%,豆粕8-9%,鱼粉2.5-3%,玉米蛋白粉1.5-2%,膨化血粉3-3.5%,骨粉1.5-2%,多种维生素0.1%,多种微量元素0.1%,鱼肝油ADE0.05-0.1%,脱霉剂0.1%,益生素0.2-0.3%,食盐0.3-0.4%;
(3)适时断奶;
第二步、保育仔猪的饲养:
(1)采用哺乳仔猪期间的饲料喂养断奶仔猪,采用自由采食,供足清洁饮水,搞好防疫保健,做好疫病监测,做到断奶7天内饲料、温度、环境、人员和工具不变,再经过7天饲料逐步过渡后,结束保育期;
(2)对保育仔猪进行环境条件的适应性训练,生活规律性的调教,减少不良应急反应造成对生猪的影响;
第三步、育肥猪的饲养:
仔猪断奶经保育期结束后,对猪群进行整顿,控制养殖密度,按2m2/头,保持圈舍冬暖夏凉、舍内干燥、采光充足、通风良好,猪体重达30kg以上,采取半舍式半放牧的饲养方式,保证青绿多汁饲料的供给,育肥猪饲料具体为:所述的育肥猪饲料,按照重量百分比计,包括玉米66-68%、麦麸15-16%,豆粕6-7%,鱼粉2-2.5%,玉米蛋白粉3-3.5%,膨化血粉3-3.5%,骨粉1-2%,多种维生素0.05%,多种微量元素0.1%,脱霉剂0.1%,益生素0.1-0.2%,食盐0.25-0.3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种特种山猪的饲养方法,其特征在于:所述的断奶具体为:断奶日龄选择5周龄或仔猪平均体重达到7-8kg时断奶,断奶时可采取一次性断奶或分次断奶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种特种山猪的饲养方法,其特征在于:所述的适应性训练具体为:舍内放置铁链或直径3厘米粗,长30厘米的木棒,供保育仔猪啃咬玩耍,同时要进行噪音的适应性训练。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种特种山猪的饲养方法,其特征在于:所述的母猪饲料,按照重量百分比计,包括玉米65%、麦麸15.5%,豆粕9%,鱼粉3%,玉米蛋白粉2%,膨化血粉3%,骨粉1.5%,多种维生素0.1%,多种微量元素0.1%,鱼肝油ADE0.1%,脱霉剂0.1%,益生素0.2%,食盐0.4%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种特种山猪的饲养方法,其特征在于:所述的育肥猪饲料,按照重量百分比计,包括玉米66.6%、麦麸16%,豆粕6.5%,鱼粉2.3%,玉米蛋白粉3.5%,膨化血粉3%,骨粉1.5%,多种维生素0.05%,多种微量元素0.1%,脱霉剂0.1%,益生素0.1%,食盐0.25%。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种特种山猪的饲养方法,其特征在于:所述的多种维生素中,每1kg多种维生素中含维生素A 260000IU,维生素D24000IU,维生素E 2000IU,维生素K 400mg,维生素B1200mg,维生素B2420mg,维生素B122mg,烟酸1800mg,泛酸2000mg,维生素H 20mg,叶酸120mg。
7.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种特种山猪的饲养方法,其特征在于:所述的多种微量元素中,每1kg多种微量元素中含有铁10000mg,锌18000mg,铜800mg,锰600mg,碘20mg和硒60mg。
8.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种特种山猪的饲养方法,其特征在于:所述的益生素中每克益生素中含有乳酸杆菌3-5*108CFU、双歧杆菌6-8*3-5*109CFU、芽孢杆菌6-8*109CFU、酵母菌3-5*108CFU和光合细菌5-6*109CFU。
