Abstract
本发明公开了一种压缩机压缩腔密封结构,其包括有动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘,动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘包括有盘体,盘体上成型有涡旋壁,动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘相对齿合形成压缩腔,动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘的涡旋壁上端面上沿涡旋方向均开有背压槽,背压槽底部开有凹槽,背压槽内嵌有密封条,密封条最内端与背压槽最内端留有空隙。本发明通过设置组合截面呈倒凸型的背压槽和凹槽,背压槽内嵌密封条,压缩机运行时压缩腔高压区内的压缩空气入进凹槽,在凹槽和密封条之间产生气涡流,将密封条轴向托起,使涡旋壁端面受到的摩擦减少,延长了使用寿命,且使动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘之间轴向保持密封,防止压缩腔轴向泄漏,使压缩机的排气、运行稳定。

技术领域:
本发明涉及无油涡旋空气压缩机领域,特别涉及一种压缩机压缩腔密封结构。
背景技术:
涡旋式压缩机的工作原理是由静涡旋盘外侧的吸入口吸入空气,被封闭在压缩空间的空气,由旋转运动引起的压缩腔的缩小,面向中心压缩。压缩空间在中心部成为最小,被最高限度压缩的空气由中心的排气口被挤压出外部。
现有涡旋式压缩机静涡旋盘和动涡旋盘组合安装后运转时,涡旋壁端面受到的摩擦力较大,容易磨损,造成压缩腔轴向泄漏,影响涡旋式压缩机的工作。
发明内容:
本发明提供了一种压缩机压缩腔密封结构,解决了现有技术中涡旋壁端面受到摩擦力较大,容易磨损,造成压缩腔轴向泄漏,影响压缩机工作的问题。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:一种压缩机压缩腔密封结构,其包括有动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘,所述动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘包括有盘体,所述盘体上成型有涡旋壁,所述动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘相对齿合形成压缩腔,所述动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘的涡旋壁上端面上沿涡旋方向均开有背压槽,所述背压槽底部开有凹槽,所述背压槽内嵌有密封条,所述密封条最内端与背压槽最内端留有空隙。
进一步的,所述背压槽宽度大小为涡旋壁厚度大小的0.5倍~0.8倍。
进一步的,所述背压槽和凹槽组合截面呈倒凸型,所述凹槽宽度为背压槽宽度的0.3倍~0.5倍,所述凹槽深度为背压槽深度的0.3倍~0.5倍。
进一步的,所述密封条最内端位于背压槽内从背压槽最内端沿涡旋方向逆时针转过90°~180°位置处。这样压缩机在运行时压缩腔高压区内的气体从凹槽最内端外露部分进入凹槽,在凹槽和密封条之间产生气涡流,将密封条轴向托起,从而使动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘之间轴向保持密封。
进一步的,所述背压槽最外端位于涡旋壁上从涡旋壁最外端沿涡旋方向顺时针转过60°~120°位置处。密封条最外端位于涡旋壁上从涡旋壁最外端沿涡旋方向顺时针转过60°~120°位置处,这样压缩机在运转时,密封条最外端不会从背压槽中脱出,保证轴向密封。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过设置组合截面呈倒凸型的背压槽和凹槽,背压槽内嵌密封条,压缩机运行时压缩腔高压区内的压缩空气入进凹槽,在凹槽和密封条之间产生气涡流,将密封条轴向托起,使涡旋壁端面受到的摩擦减少,延长了使用寿命,且使动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘之间轴向保持密封,防止压缩腔轴向内泄漏,使压缩机的排气、运行稳定。

结合附图1-3对本发明一种压缩机压缩腔密封结构,做进一步说明。
本发明的一种压缩机压缩腔密封结构,其包括有动涡旋盘1和静涡旋盘2,动涡旋盘1和静涡旋盘2包括有盘体3,盘体3上成型有涡旋壁4,动涡旋盘1和静涡旋盘2相对齿合形成压缩腔,动涡旋盘1和静涡旋盘2的涡旋壁4上端面上沿涡旋方向均开有背压槽5,背压槽5底部开有凹槽6,背压槽5内嵌有密封条7,密封条7最内端与背压槽5最内端留有空隙。
背压槽5宽度大小为涡旋壁4厚度大小的0.6倍。
背压槽5和凹槽6组合截面呈倒凸型,凹槽6宽度为背压槽5宽度的0.5倍,凹槽6深度为背压槽5深度的0.5倍。
密封条7最内端位于背压槽5内从背压槽5最内端沿涡旋方向逆时针转过180°位置处。
背压槽5最外端位于涡旋壁4上从涡旋壁4最外端沿涡旋方向顺时针转过60°位置处。
本发明的工作原理是:静涡旋盘2固定在机架上,压缩机运行时,动涡旋盘1在曲轴驱动和防自转环的相位保持下作小半径的平面运动。当曲轴运转时,动静涡盘啮合形成若干对月牙形封闭的压缩腔,压缩腔高压区内的压缩空气入进凹槽6,在凹槽6和密封条7之间产生气涡流,将密封条7轴向托起,使动涡旋盘1和静涡旋盘2之间轴向保持密封。

1. 一种压缩机压缩腔密封结构,其包括有动涡旋盘(1)和静涡旋盘(2),所述动涡旋盘(1)和静涡旋盘(2)包括有盘体(3),所述盘体(3)上成型有涡旋壁(4),所述动涡旋盘(1)和静涡旋盘(2)相对齿合形成压缩腔,其特征在于:所述动涡旋盘(1)和静涡旋盘(2)的涡旋壁(4)上端面上沿涡旋方向均开有背压槽(5),所述背压槽(5)底部开有凹槽(6),所述背压槽(5)内嵌有密封条(7),所述密封条(7)最内端与背压槽(5)最内端留有空隙。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种压缩机压缩腔密封结构,其特征在于:所述背压槽(5)宽度大小为涡旋壁(4)厚度大小的0.5倍~0.8倍。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种压缩机压缩腔密封结构,其特征在于:所述背压槽(5)和凹槽(6)组合截面呈倒凸型,所述凹槽(6)宽度为背压槽(5)宽度的0.3倍~0.5倍,所述凹槽(6)深度为背压槽(5)深度的0.3倍~0.5倍。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种压缩机压缩腔密封结构,其特征在于:所述密封条(7)最内端位于背压槽(5)内从背压槽(5)最内端沿涡旋方向逆时针转过90°~180°位置处。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种压缩机压缩腔密封结构,其特征在于:所述背压槽(5)最外端位于涡旋壁(4)上从涡旋壁(4)最外端沿涡旋方向顺时针转过60°~120°位置处。
