Abstract

本发明公开了一种前转向灯,包括相互包封卡合成一体结构的V型灯架和灯罩,灯架的中间设置弧形导流板,在灯架上以导流板为中心从两侧依次对称设置端角遮光区、灯腔和偏角遮光区,灯腔的背面设置反光镜,灯腔内设置发光体,端角遮光区上封闭盖合端角遮光板,偏角遮光区上封闭盖合偏角遮光板。通过结构上的优化,有效的消除了装配缝隙漏光的现象,使得灯光信号传递效果更好,提供安全可靠的行车转向信号。

一种前转向灯
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车灯具技术领域,尤其是涉及一种前转向灯。
背景技术
车辆在行驶过程中在转向时开启转向灯,以闪烁的灯光信号提示周边的车辆和行人注意。转向灯分为前转向灯、后转向灯和侧转向灯。前转向灯一般是通过断续闪烁的信号提示行车转向,由于灯罩和灯架的装配工艺留下的装配缝隙,当前转向灯的光线经反射镜散射配光时,会有一部分光线从装配缝隙中泄露,使配光不均,不仅消弱了提示转向的灯光信号强度,且易造成灯光信号传递不明确,致使周边驾驶人员及行人的模糊判断,给正常交通行驶带来安全隐患。
遮光板用来实现配光分布,提高光照强度。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,所要解决的技术问题是提供一种前转向灯,其通过结构上的优化,有效的消除了装配缝隙漏光的现象,使得灯光信号传递效果更好,提供安全可靠的行车转向信号。
本发明是通过以下技术方案使上述的技术问题得以解决。
一种前转向灯,包括相互包封卡合成一体结构的V型灯架和灯罩,灯架的中间设置弧形导流板,在灯架上以导流板为中心从两侧依次对称设置端角遮光区、灯腔和偏角遮光区,灯腔的背面设置反光镜,灯腔内设置发光体,端角遮光区上封闭盖合端角遮光板,偏角遮光区上封闭盖合偏角遮光板。
在该结构中,在导流板两侧设置有端角遮光区和偏角遮光区,端角遮光区和偏角遮光区分别位于灯腔的两侧,由于与灯腔邻接并且存在装配缝隙,来自灯腔散射的光线一部分经过端角遮光区和偏角遮光区泄露,通过在端角遮光区上封闭盖合端角遮光板和偏角遮光区上封闭盖合偏角遮光板,使得漏光被有效的遮蔽,大幅度消弱了漏光光线强度,增加了灯腔配光出光率,提高光线强度,增强灯光信号的传递效果。
作为优选,端角遮光区内设置端角遮光底板,端角遮光底板上设置有圆柱形第一槽座,端角遮光板上设置与第一槽座相配合的第一凸台,端角遮光板以端角遮光底板为支承盖设在端角遮光区上;偏角遮光区内设置偏角遮光底板,偏角遮光底板上设置有圆柱形第二槽座,偏角遮光板上设置与第二槽座相配合的第二凸台,偏角遮光板以偏角遮光底板为支承盖设在偏角遮光区上。
作为优选,端角遮光板和偏角遮光板为黑色树脂遮光片。
作为优选,灯架的周边边框上设置若干安装支架,灯架通过螺栓穿接安装支架固定在车体前保险杠上。
作为优选,灯罩的周边边缘上设置卡勾,灯架的周边边框上设置与卡勾相配合的卡孔,灯罩通过卡勾挂扣在卡孔上内嵌在灯架周边边框的内侧。
作为上述技术方案的优选,有以下两种技术方案:
1.两侧的发光体均为前转向灯灯泡。
2.左侧的发光体为前转向灯灯泡,右侧的发光体为前雾灯灯泡。
总而言之,根据工艺结构上存在的装配缝隙的特征,考虑到光线散射漏光的现象,通过在灯腔的两侧增设端角遮光板和偏角遮光板,有效的遮蔽住通过装配缝隙散射的漏光,使得透射出灯罩的光线信号亮度高,信号指示更加明确,消除不利的干扰光线,为周边驾驶人员及行人提供及时的、准确无误的的信号传递,消除干扰光线带来的交通行驶安全隐患。
1.端角遮光板和偏角遮光板采用黑色树脂遮光片,成本低廉,遮光效果更好,方便装配。
2.左侧和右侧灯腔可同时采用前转向灯灯泡,使得对车行驶正前方和侧后方同时提供明确清晰的转向信号提示。
3.也可以将前雾灯灯泡转移到右侧灯腔,左侧灯腔仍采用前转向灯灯泡,使得兼具转向信号指示和雾灯信号指示的功能。雾灯灯泡的位置转移为前大灯灯腔内的布置提供了更宽的调整范围。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施方式进行详细的说明。
如图1至图4中所示的本发明一种前转向灯,包括相互包封卡合成一体结构的V型灯架1和灯罩2。作为一种卡合的实施方式,如图2中所示,灯罩2的周边边缘上设置卡勾17,灯架1的周边边框上设置与卡勾17相配合的卡孔18,灯罩2通过卡勾17挂扣在卡孔18上内嵌在灯架1周边边框的内侧。当然也可以采用其它封闭扣合或者密封卡接式固定结构,用以确保灯架1和灯罩2能够封闭式连接,尽可能防止衔接边缘处出现漏光的缝隙存在。作为将前转向灯固定在车体上的一种实施方式,可选择在灯架1的周边边框上设置若干安装支架16,灯架1通过螺栓穿接安装支架16固定在车体前保险杠上,此种连接方式简单可靠,装拆方便,根据车型不同,也可以采用其它适合的固定方式与车体前端连接在一起。
如图2至图4所示,灯架1的中间设置弧形导流板6,在灯架1上以导流板6为中心从两侧依次对称设置端角遮光区3、灯腔4和偏角遮光区5,灯腔4的背面设置反光镜19,灯腔4内设置发光体7,端角遮光区3上封闭盖合端角遮光板8,偏角遮光区5上封闭盖合偏角遮光板9。作为一种实施方式,在端角遮光区3内设置端角遮光底板10,端角遮光底板10上设置圆柱形第一槽座11,端角遮光板8上设置与第一槽座11相配合的第一凸台12,端角遮光板8以端角遮光底板10为支承通过第一凸台12插接在第一槽座11上封盖在端角遮光区3上。同时也选择在偏角遮光区5内设置偏角遮光底板13,偏角遮光底板13上设置圆柱形第二槽座14,偏角遮光板9上设置与第二槽座14相配合的第二凸台15,偏角遮光板9以偏角遮光底板13为支承通过第二凸台15插接在第二槽座14上封盖在偏角遮光区5上。端角遮光板8和偏角遮光板9也可以选择其它连接方式封挡住端角遮光区3、偏角遮光区5和灯腔4之间的装配间隙,实现遮光的密闭封盖作用。为了既保证遮光效果,又不影响前转向灯整体的美观,可选择将端角遮光板8和偏角遮光板9设置为黑色树脂遮光片,其成本低廉,加工简单,易于装配。
为了强化转向信号提示效果,可选择将两侧的发光体7均设置为前转向灯灯泡,便于行驶方向前方和侧后方的车辆和行人均可以及时获取明确清晰的转向指示信号。
也可以选择将前雾灯灯泡从前大灯转移到本发明的右侧灯腔4,左侧灯腔4仍采用前转向灯灯泡,使得本发明的前转向灯兼具转向信号指示和雾灯信号指示的功能。雾灯灯泡的位置转移为前大灯灯腔内的布置提供了更宽的调整范围,使得前大灯具备了更宽的光线反射空间,有利于增强前大灯的光照强度,也同时为前大灯的结构布置提供更多的空间。
本发明不局限于以上所述的实施方式,端角遮光板和偏角遮光板也可以采用其他公知技术当中的连接方式实现封闭式遮盖,只要对本发明灯腔两侧邻接的端角遮光区和偏角遮光区衔接处的装配缝隙实现了漏光遮挡功能,有效的防止漏光光线干扰转向信号指示作用的实施方式均落在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种前转向灯,其特征是:包括相互包封卡合成一体结构的V型灯架(1)和灯罩(2),灯架(1)的中间设置弧形导流板(6),在灯架(1)上以导流板(6)为中心从两侧依次对称设置端角遮光区(3)、灯腔(4)和偏角遮光区(5),灯腔(4)的背面设置反光镜(19),灯腔(4)内设置发光体(7),端角遮光区(3)上封闭盖合端角遮光板(8),偏角遮光区(5)上封闭盖合偏角遮光板(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的前转向灯,其特征是:端角遮光区(3)内设置端角遮光底板(10),端角遮光底板(10)上设置有圆柱形第一槽座(11),端角遮光板(8)上设置与第一槽座(11)相配合的第一凸台(12),端角遮光板(8)以端角遮光底板(10)为支承盖设在端角遮光区(3)上;偏角遮光区(5)内设置偏角遮光底板(13),偏角遮光底板(13)上设置有圆柱形第二槽座(14),偏角遮光板(9)上设置与第二槽座(14)相配合的第二凸台(15),偏角遮光板(9)以偏角遮光底板(13)为支承盖设在偏角遮光区(5)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的前转向灯,其特征是:端角遮光板(8)和偏角遮光板(9)为黑色树脂遮光片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的前转向灯,其特征是:灯架(1)的周边边框上设置若干安装支架(16),灯架(1)通过螺栓穿接安装支架(16)固定在车体前保险杠上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的前转向灯,其特征是:灯罩(2)的周边边缘上设置卡勾(17),灯架(1)的周边边框上设置与卡勾(17)相配合的卡孔(18),灯罩(2)通过卡勾(17)挂扣在卡孔(18)上内嵌在灯架(1)周边边框的内侧。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的前转向灯,其特征是:两侧的发光体(7)均为前转向灯灯泡。
7.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的前转向灯,其特征是:左侧的发光体(7)为前转向灯灯泡,右侧的发光体(7)为前雾灯灯泡。
