本发明公开了一种乳猪饲料添加剂、制备方法及乳猪饲料,属于兽用饲料技术领域。该饲料添加剂主要由以下重量份数的原料通过发酵和酶解的方法制备而成:板蓝根150~250份,金银花150~250份,杨树花80~120份,黄芪60~100份,山楂70~110份,当归60~100份,松针粉80~120份,酵母粉80~120份,玉米粉30~70份,红糖15~25份,果寡糖10~20份,磷酸氢钙7~12份,硫酸亚铁0.3~0.7份,赖氨酸3~7份。本发明通过对复合中草药制剂进行有益菌的发酵和酶制剂的分解,使不被利用的营养成分和抗营养因子得到最大限度的降解和消除,产生大量的益生菌、寡肽、乳酸、维生素、UGF等物质,药用效果可得到成倍的增大。

本发明涉及一种乳猪饲料添加剂及其制备方法,同时还涉及采用该饲料添加剂的乳猪饲料,属于兽用饲料技术领域。
背景技术
目前,市面上销售的乳猪饲料产品大多为添加抗生素的产品,容易引起乳猪产生耐药性或免疫抑制等问题,疾病突发时难以控制。同时,抗生素在饲料和食品中残留已成为当前社会人们密切关注和亟待解决的具安全隐患的社会问题,
早前研究已证实中草药制剂富含多种营养元素和有效活性成分,作为饲料添加剂组分饲喂畜禽具有以下优点:一是能兴奋动物胃肠道,促进消化腺分泌,提高营养物质的消化利用效率,具有促生长作用;二是促进血红蛋白、血清蛋白的合成,低抗贫血和改善蛋白质代谢;三是促进体内免疫细胞及免疫因子的生成,提高免疫力,增强抗菌、抗病毒能力;四是清除氧化应激机体代谢产生的自由基,增强体内抗氧化能力,从而改善肉质品质。因此,中草药制剂可以替代抗生素作为具有抗病和营养功能的绿色、安全、高效的饲料应用。
然而,中草药也含有较多不能被消化利用的粗纤维和抗营养因子,必须通过特殊的制作工艺分解或消除。

同时,本发明还提供一种乳猪饲料添加剂的制备方法。
再者,本发明还提供一种采用上述饲料添加剂的乳猪饲料。
为了实现以上目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种乳猪饲料添加剂,由包含以下重量份数原料药的原料通过发酵和酶解的方法制备而成:板蓝根150~250份、金银花150~250份、杨树花80~120份、黄芪60~100份、山楂70~110份、当归60~100份和松针粉80~120份。

所述的酵母粉为市售商品,由破壁酵母和破壁酵母细胞壁组成,主要为发酵酵母提供营养基质,购自安琪酵母。
所述的菌剂为市售商品,酵母菌≥1.0×1013CFU,8%酵母多糖组成,购自重庆优宝生物技术有限公司。
所述的酶制剂为市售商品,由5000BXU/g木聚糖酶、6000CEU/g纤维素酶、1300u/g果胶酶、1600bu/gβ-葡聚糖酶组成,购自武汉新华扬生物股份有限公司。
本发明中的玉米粉主要提供淀粉,红糖提供能量,果寡糖提供活菌的营养物质,磷酸氢钙和硫酸亚铁提供矿物质和微量元素,赖氨酸提供营养物质,上述物质共同作用能促进机体增强免疫性。
本发明采用板蓝根、金银花、杨树花、黄芪、山楂、当归和松针粉七味中药材,各原料药功效简述如下:
板蓝根:为十字花科菘蓝属植物菘蓝的根;含有靛蓝、靛玉红及多种氨基酸,如精氨酸、谷氨酸等,还含有黑芥子苷、靛苷、色胺酮等多种有效成分;板蓝根性味苦,寒,归心、肺。肝、胃经;能清热,解毒,凉血,利咽;主治风热感冒,流感,流脑,乙脑,大头瘟疫,烂喉丹痧,单独等症;现代药理学证明板蓝根具有抗细菌、抗病毒、抗内毒素、抗癌等作用,同时对免疫系统具有调节作用;
金银花:为忍冬科忍冬属植物忍冬、华南忍冬等的花蕾;含有酚酸、甾醇及黄酮类成分;金银花性味甘,寒,归肺、胃经;能清热解毒;主治外感风热或温病发热,中暑,热毒血痢,痈肿疔疮,候痹及多种感染性疾病;现代药理学证明金银花对免疫系统产生影响,具有抗病原微生物、抗毒、抗炎、抗生育等作用,还能降血脂和兴奋中枢。
杨树花:为杨柳科杨属植物毛白杨、加拿大杨或同属数种植物的雄花序;性味苦,寒;能清热解毒,化湿止痢;主治细菌性痢疾,肠炎;
黄芪:为豆科黄芪属植物蒙古黄芪和膜荚黄芪的根;含有皂苷类成分如黄芪苷,异黄酮成分如毛蕊异黄酮,脂肪酸类如棕榈酸和亚油酸,多糖类如黄芪多糖、杂多糖等,以及近二十多种微量元素;黄芪性味甘,温,归肺、脾经;能益气升阳,固表止汗,利水消肿,托毒生肌;主治一切气虚血亏之症,如脾虚泄泻,肺虚咳嗽,脱肛,子宫下垂,自汗,盗汗,水肿,血痹,痈疽难溃或久溃不敛;现代药理学证明黄芪能影响机体代谢具有抗氧化作用,还能抗血栓、抗病毒、抗关节炎、抗癌、抗炎镇痛,保护心脑血管系统和促进造血功能;
山楂:为蔷薇科山楂属植物山里红、山楂的成熟果实;含有黄酮类如左旋表儿茶素,酸类如绿原酸和枸橼酸,脂肪酸如亚油酸和棕榈酸等成分;山楂性味酸、甘,微温,归脾、胃、肝经;能消食健胃,行气散瘀;主治饮食积滞,脘腹胀痛,泄泻痢疾,血瘀痛经、经闭,产后腹痛、恶露不尽,疝气或睾丸肿痛,高血脂症等;现代药理学证明山楂具有促消化、降压降脂、抗氧化、防癌、保护心脑血管系统和增强免疫系统功能的作用;
当归:为伞形科当归属植物当归的根;含有多种挥发油和有机酸,还含有二十多种无机元素和多糖类成分;当归性味甘、辛、苦,温,归肝、心、脾经;能补血活血,调经止痛,润燥滑肠;主治血虚诸证,月经不调,经闭,痛经,癥瘕结聚,崩漏,虚寒腹痛,痿痹,肌肤麻木,肠燥便难,赤痢后重,痈疽疮疡,跌扑损伤等;现代药理学证明当归能影响血液与造血系统,降血脂、抗动脉硬化、抗辐射、抗肿瘤、抗炎镇痛及抗损伤等;
松针粉(松针):为松科松属植物华山松、黄山松、马尾松等的针叶;性味苦,温,归心、脾经;能祛风燥湿,杀虫止痒;主治风湿痿痹,历节风痛,湿疮,疥癣,风疹瘙痒,还能预防流脑、流感;现代药理学证明松针对中枢神经系统产生影响,能镇静、镇痛和降温,除此之外松针还具有抗炎、降血脂、延缓衰老、抗病毒等作用。
一种乳猪饲料添加剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)准确取各组分,先将板蓝根、金银花、杨树花、黄芪、山楂、当归和松针粉粉碎,再与酵母粉、红糖、果寡糖、磷酸氢钙、硫酸亚铁和赖氨酸混合均匀,加入1300~1700份水,煮沸1.5~3小时后,转入发酵容器中冷却备用;
(2)将菌剂0.3~0.7份和酶制剂0.3~0.7份与玉米粉混合均匀,加入步骤(1)的发酵容器中,保持温度为25~30℃,厌氧发酵6~8天,发酵完毕取出发酵料烘干、粉碎即得。
步骤(1)中所述的粉碎采用超微粉碎,粉碎后药材可通过80目筛。
一种乳猪饲料,由以下重量百分含量的组分组成:玉米粉50~60%,膨化大豆粉5~10%,发酵豆粕粉5~10%,乳清粉8~10%,鱼粉3~5%,酵母核苷酸3~5%,乳化油脂粉3~5%,乳酸钙1~1.5%,磷酸二氢钙0.5~1%,复合氨基酸1~1.5%,复合有机矿物元素0.2~0.5%,复合维生素0.03~0.05%,乳猪饲料添加剂0.1~0.3%。
所述的玉米粉中膨化玉米粉与普通玉米粉的比例为1:1。其中,采用膨化玉米粉可提高饲料的熟化度,加入普通玉米粉可降低饲料的成本。
所述的酵母核苷酸为市售商品,购自重庆优宝生物技术有限公司。
所述的发酵豆粕粉的成分为粗蛋白≥50%,粗纤维≤7%,水分≤12%,PH值≤5.6%,小肽≥40%,尿酶≤0.01mg/g,乳酸≥2.5%,益生菌≥1×108U/g,购自北京市希普正慧生物饲料有限公司。
所述的乳化油脂粉的成分为粗脂肪50%,粗蛋白3%,α-淀粉18%,单糖30%,消化能6100Kcal/Kg,亚麻油酸14.08%,次亚麻油酸1.410%,豆蔻酸0.45%,油酸16.66%,棕榈酸15.88%,购自滨州市惠尔佳生物有限公司。
所述的复合氨基酸由以下重量百分含量的组分组成:懒氨酸(98%)50%,蛋氨酸(98%)14%,色氨酸(98.5)14%,苏氨酸(98.5)22%。
所述的复合有机矿物元素为市售商品,购自长沙兴嘉生物工程股份有限公司,可为每千克乳猪饲料提供的微量元素质量如下:Fe105g,Cu55g,Mn20g,Zn40g,I0.7g,Se0.11g。
所述的复合维生素为市售商品,购自帝斯曼维生素(上海)有限公司,可为每千克乳猪饲料提供的维生素质量如下:VA10000-15000IU,VD31800-2000IU,VE40-60IU,VK31.5-3mg,VB11-2mg,VB25-10mg,泛酸20-40mg,胆碱150-300mg,烟酸20-30mg,VB62-4mg,叶酸0.6-1mg,VB120.02-0.004mg,生物素0.15-0.25mg。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明中的乳猪饲料添加剂通过对复合中草药制剂进行有益菌的发酵和酶制剂的分解,使不被利用的营养成分和抗营养因子得到最大限度的降解和消除,产生大量的益生菌、寡肽、乳酸、维生素、UGF(未知生长因子)等物质,使中草药的药用效果得到成倍的增加和放大。

下述实施例仅对本发明作进一步详细说明,但不构成对本发明的任何限制。
实施例1
本实施例中的乳猪饲料添加剂,由包含以下重量份数原料药的原料通过发酵和酶解的方法制备而成:板蓝根150份、金银花150份、杨树花80份、黄芪60份、山楂70份、当归60份和松针粉80份;主要由以下重量份数的原料通过发酵和酶解的方法制备而成:板蓝根150份,金银花150份,杨树花80份,黄芪60份,山楂70份,当归60份,松针粉80份,酵母粉80份,玉米粉30份,红糖15份,果寡糖10份,磷酸氢钙7份,硫酸亚铁0.3份,赖氨酸3份。
本实施例中乳猪饲料添加剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)准确取各组分,先将板蓝根、金银花、杨树花、黄芪、山楂、当归和松针粉超微粉碎,再与酵母粉、红糖、果寡糖、磷酸氢钙、硫酸亚铁和赖氨酸混合均匀加入提取罐中,向提取罐中加入1300份水,用蒸汽煮沸2小时后,转入发酵池中冷却备用;
(2)将0.3份菌剂和0.3份酶制剂与玉米粉混合均匀,加入步骤(1)的发酵池中,用覆膜密封发酵池后利用地热保持发酵温度为25~30℃,在无氧、恒温条件下进行发酵,每两天放气一次,发酵7天后取出发酵料,低温下烘干、粉碎即得。
本实施例中的乳猪饲料由以下重量百分含量的组分组成:膨化玉米粉25.5%,普通玉米粉25.5%,膨化大豆粉10%,发酵豆粕粉10%,乳清粉10%,进口蒸汽鱼粉4%,酵母核苷酸5%,乳化油脂粉5%,乳酸钙1.5%,磷酸二氢钙1%,复合氨基酸1.5%,复合有机矿物元素0.65%,复合维生素0.05%,乳猪饲料添加剂0.3%。
实施例2
本实施例中的乳猪饲料添加剂,由包含以下重量份数原料药的原料通过发酵和酶解的方法制备而成:板蓝根200份,金银花200份,杨树花100份,黄芪80份,山楂90份,当归80份,松针粉100份;主要由以下重量份数的原料通过发酵和酶解的方法制备而成:板蓝根200份,金银花200份,杨树花100份,黄芪80份,山楂90份,当归80份,松针粉100份,酵母粉100份,玉米粉50份,红糖20份,果寡糖15份,磷酸氢钙10份,硫酸亚铁0.5份,赖氨酸5份。
本实施例中乳猪饲料添加剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)准确取各组分,先将板蓝根、金银花、杨树花、黄芪、山楂、当归和松针粉超微粉碎,再与酵母粉、红糖、果寡糖、磷酸氢钙、硫酸亚铁和赖氨酸混合均匀加入提取罐中,向提取罐中加入1500份水,用蒸汽煮沸2.5小时后,转入发酵池中冷却备用;
(2)将0.5份菌剂和0.5份酶制剂与玉米粉混合均匀,加入步骤(1)的发酵池中,用覆膜密封发酵池后利用地热保持发酵温度为25~30℃,在无氧、恒温条件下进行发酵,每两天放气一次,发酵7天后取出发酵料,低温下烘干、粉碎即得。

实施例3
本实施例中的乳猪饲料添加剂,由包含以下重量份数原料药的原料通过发酵和酶解的方法制备而成:板蓝根250份,金银花250份,杨树花120份,黄芪100份,山楂110份,当归100份,松针粉120份;主要由以下重量份数的原料通过发酵和酶解的方法制备而成:板蓝根250份,金银花250份,杨树花120份,黄芪100份,山楂110份,当归100份,松针粉120份,酵母粉120份,玉米粉70份,红糖25份,果寡糖20份,磷酸氢钙12份,硫酸亚铁0.7份,赖氨酸7份。
本实施例中乳猪饲料添加剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)准确取各组分,先将板蓝根、金银花、杨树花、黄芪、山楂、当归和松针粉超微粉碎,再与酵母粉、红糖、果寡糖、磷酸氢钙、硫酸亚铁和赖氨酸混合均匀加入提取罐中,向提取罐中加入1700份水,用蒸汽煮沸3小时后,转入发酵池中冷却备用;
(2)将0.7份菌剂和0.7份酶制剂与玉米粉混合均匀,加入步骤(1)的发酵池中,用覆膜密封发酵池后利用地热保持发酵温度为25~30℃,在无氧、恒温条件下进行发酵,每两天放气一次,发酵8天后取出发酵料,低温下烘干、粉碎即得。
本实施例中的乳猪饲料由以下重量百分含量的组分组成:膨化玉米粉26%,普通玉米粉26%,膨化大豆粉9.2%,发酵豆粕粉10%,乳清粉10%,进口蒸汽鱼粉4%,酵母核苷酸5%,乳化油脂粉5%,乳酸钙1.5%,磷酸二氢钙1%,复合氨基酸1.5%,复合有机矿物元素0.65%,复合维生素0.05%,乳猪饲料添加剂0.1%。
试验例
试验动物:试验猪只为21天断奶仔猪600头。
试验组别:试验组:试验组1~3分别采用本发明实施例1~3制备的乳猪饲料;对照组:对照组1采用如实施例3的不添加乳猪饲料添加剂的乳猪饲料。
试验方法:将600头仔猪随机分配予试验组和对照组,每组150头,自由采食,少加勤添,提供充足、洁净的饮水,保证栏舍清洁卫生,定期对猪舍及饲槽消毒,试验时间为断奶至断奶后14天。每天记录采食量和猪只重量,计算日增重和料肉比。同时统计仔猪腹泻率,向仔猪注射猪瘟疫苗进行免疫学检验,采血分析平均抗体低度及抗体均匀度。试验结果详见下表1。
表1各组别试验结果
结论:统计学分析可知,试验组的日增重、平均抗体滴度显著高于对照组,料肉比、仔猪腹泻率和抗体均匀度显著低于对照组。
Claims (4)
1.一种乳猪饲料添加剂,其特征在于:主要由以下重量份数的原料通过发酵和酶解的方法制备而成:板蓝根150~250份,金银花150~250份,杨树花80~120份,黄芪60~100份,山楂70~110份,当归60~100份,松针粉80~120份,酵母粉80~120份,玉米粉30~70份,红糖15~25份,果寡糖10~20份,磷酸氢钙7~12份,硫酸亚铁0.3~0.7份,赖氨酸3~7份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的乳猪饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
(1)准确取各组分,先将板蓝根、金银花、杨树花、黄芪、山楂、当归和松针粉粉碎,再与酵母粉、红糖、果寡糖、磷酸氢钙、硫酸亚铁和赖氨酸混合均匀,加入1300~1700份水,煮沸1.5~3小时后,转入发酵容器中冷却备用;
(2)将菌剂0.3~0.7份和酶制剂0.3~0.7份与玉米粉混合均匀,加入步骤(1)的发酵容器中,保持温度为25~30℃,厌氧发酵6~8天,发酵完毕取出发酵料烘干、粉碎即得。
3.一种乳猪饲料,其特征在于:由以下重量百分含量的组分组成:玉米粉50~60%,膨化大豆粉5~10%,发酵豆粕粉5~10%,乳清粉8~10%,鱼粉3~5%,酵母核苷酸3~5%,乳化油脂粉3~5%,乳酸钙1~1.5%,磷酸二氢钙0.5~1%,复合氨基酸1~1.5%,复合有机矿物元素0.2~0.5%,复合维生素0.03~0.05%,如权利要求1所述的乳猪饲料添加剂0.1~0.3%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的乳猪饲料,其特征在于:所述的玉米粉中膨化玉米粉与普通玉米粉的比例为1:1。
