Abstract
本发明公开了一种合飞装置，包括飞杯筒，所述飞杯筒的上部筒壁上设有若干气孔，所述气孔的外侧套设有一个进气外环；所述飞杯筒的中部设有第一挡杯机构；所述飞杯筒的下部设有第二挡杯机构。本发明提供的合飞装置，通过第一挡杯机构和第二挡杯机构之间的配合操作，能使两个以上的纸杯在进入真空运输管道之前先囤积起来，以降低杯口直径与纸杯高度的比值，可以有效避免纸杯在真空运输管道内因发生翻转而影响运输。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸杯管道运输的辅助装置，尤其是涉及一种纸杯的合飞装置。
背景技术
纸杯是把用化学木浆制成的原纸（白纸板）进行机械加工、粘合所做得的一种纸容器，外观呈口杯形。供冷冻食品使用的纸杯涂蜡，可盛装冰淇淋、果酱和黄油等。供热饮使用的纸杯涂塑料，耐 90℃以上温度，甚至可盛开水。纸杯的特点是安全卫生、轻巧方便。公共场所、饭店、餐厅都可使用，是一次性用品。
纸杯在成型以后，为了便于存放和运输，通常会将数个纸杯叠加起来包装；生产中常常采用真空管道输送成型后的纸杯，将数个纸杯叠加后进行包装。然而，单个纸杯过短，杯口直径与纸杯高度之比太大时，纸杯在真空管道中输送时容易在管道内翻转，造成卡杯的现象，影响管道运输，从而影响生产效率。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术中存在的缺陷，本发明提供了一种合飞装置，让两个以上的纸杯先囤积起来后一起通过真空管道输送，以降低杯口直径与纸杯高度的比值，避免纸杯在管道内翻转。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种合飞装置，包括飞杯筒，所述飞杯筒的上部筒壁上设有若干气孔，所述气孔的外侧套设有一个进气外环；所述飞杯筒的中部设有第一挡杯机构；所述飞杯筒的下部设有第二挡杯机构。
所述的第一挡杯机构包括气缸、档杯条，飞杯筒中部两侧各设有一个气缸，气缸上连接挡杯条，所述挡杯条插入飞杯筒的内部。所述第一挡杯机构还包括气缸固定焊接板、气缸固定调节板和螺丝，气缸固定于气缸固定焊接板的上方；所述气缸固定焊接板上通过螺丝固定有气缸固定调节板；所述气缸固定于气缸固定调节板的内侧。所述的挡杯条为两条平行设置的圆柱条。
所述的第二挡杯机构包括单向挡杯爪和挡杯爪固定座、转轴销和弹簧；飞杯筒下部两侧各设有一个单向挡杯爪，单向挡杯爪设于各自的挡杯爪固定座内，所述单向挡杯爪与挡杯爪固定座之间通过转轴销相连；所述单向挡杯爪与挡杯爪固定座之间设有一根弹簧。所述的第二挡杯机构还包括设于所述挡杯爪固定座下部的螺丝孔和螺丝孔匹配的螺丝，所述螺丝旋于螺丝孔内；所述单向挡杯爪的初始位置通过所述螺丝调节。
所述气孔的方向为由外到内向上倾斜。
本发明的有益效果是：与现有技术相比，本发明提供的合飞装置，通过第一挡杯机构和第二挡杯机构之间的配合操作，能使两个以上的纸杯在进入真空运输管道之前先囤积起来，以降低杯口直径与纸杯高度的比值，可以有效避免纸杯在真空运输管道内因发生翻转而影响运输。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1～5所示，一种合飞装置，包括飞杯筒1，所述飞杯筒1的上部筒壁上设有若干气孔10，所述气孔10的方向为由外到内向上倾斜。所述气孔10的外侧套设有一个进气外环2；所述飞杯筒1的中部设有第一挡杯机构14；所述飞杯筒的下部设有第二挡杯机构15；所述的第二挡杯机构15内设有计数器。
所述的第一挡杯机构包括气缸4、档杯条3，飞杯筒1中部两侧各设有一个气缸4，气缸4上连接挡杯条3，所述挡杯条3插入飞杯筒1的内部。所述第一挡杯机构14还包括气缸固定焊接板6、气缸固定调节板5和螺丝，气缸4固定于气缸固定焊接板6的上方；所述气缸固定焊接板6上通过螺丝固定有气缸固定调节板5；所述气缸4固定于气缸固定调节板6的内侧。所述的挡杯条3为两条平行设置的圆柱条。所述第一挡杯机构14的挡杯方向与飞杯方向相反（挡杯条3挡住杯口）。
所述的第二挡杯机构15包括单向挡杯爪8和挡杯爪固定座7、转轴销9和弹簧11；飞杯筒1下部两侧各设有一个单向挡杯爪8，单向挡杯爪8设于各自的挡杯爪固定座9内。所述单向挡杯爪8与挡杯爪固定座7之间通过转轴销9相连；所述单向挡杯爪8与挡杯爪固定座7之间设有一根弹簧11。所述的第二挡杯机构15还包括设于所述挡杯爪固定座7下部的螺丝孔12和螺丝孔匹配的螺丝，所述螺丝旋于螺丝孔12内；所述单向挡杯爪8的初始位置通过所述螺丝调节。所述第二挡杯机构15的挡杯方向与飞杯方向相同（挡杯爪8档住杯口卷口下边缘）。
上述合飞装置的使用原理如下：纸杯13被顶入飞杯筒1时，杯口与单向挡杯爪8接触，沿着单向挡杯爪8的斜面将单向挡杯爪8往外撑，当杯口撑到其高度超过单向挡杯爪8顶部时，在弹簧11的作用力下，单向挡杯爪8恢复原来的位置，托住纸杯13的卷口下边缘，防止纸杯13往下掉。在计数器上预先设定所需囤积的纸杯数量，在飞杯筒1内没有囤积到指定数量的纸杯之前，两侧气缸4呈推出状态，挡杯条3伸入飞杯筒1内部，防止纸杯13被上部真空气体吹出。当飞杯筒1内囤积的纸杯13达到指定数量时，两侧气缸4拉回挡杯条3，纸杯13在真空气压的作用下飞出飞杯筒1。计数器与单向挡杯爪8、气缸连接。与两侧气缸4根据设定时间，再次推出挡杯条3。挡杯爪固定座7下部设有螺丝孔12，可调节拧入螺丝的长度，来调节单向挡杯爪8的初始旋转位置，从而使该挡杯机构适合于不同口径的纸杯。

1.一种合飞装置，包括飞杯筒，其特征在于所述飞杯筒的上部筒壁上设有若干气孔，所述气孔的外侧套设有一个进气外环；所述飞杯筒的中部设有第一挡杯机构；所述飞杯筒的下部设有第二挡杯机构；
所述的第一挡杯机构包括气缸、挡杯条，飞杯筒中部两侧各设有一个气缸，气缸上连接挡杯条，所述挡杯条插入飞杯筒的内部；
所述第一挡杯机构还包括气缸固定焊接板、气缸固定调节板和螺丝，气缸固定于气缸固定焊接板的上方；所述气缸固定焊接板上通过螺丝固定有气缸固定调节板；所述气缸固定于气缸固定调节板的内侧；
所述的挡杯条为两条平行设置的圆柱条；
所述的第二挡杯机构包括单向挡杯爪和挡杯爪固定座、转轴销和弹簧；飞杯筒下部两侧各设有一个单向挡杯爪，单向挡杯爪设于各自的挡杯爪固定座内，所述单向挡杯爪与挡杯爪固定座之间通过转轴销相连；所述单向挡杯爪与挡杯爪固定座之间设有一根弹簧；
