Abstract
本发明涉及一种喷嘴固定型乳液瓶盖及其使用方法，是针对解决现有同类产品的喷嘴较难固定于外罩使用的技术问题而设计。该乳液瓶盖的外罩内设有大圈、泵芯组件、喷杆、头帽，其要点是所述外罩的内径设有内径内圈孔和内径外圈孔组成双层筒管，内径内圈孔与内径外圈孔之间设有间隙；大圈与外罩的内径内圈孔一端扣合，扣合处设有阶梯式缩小的孔口；连接杆一端与泵芯组件的阀杆内径扣合，另一端套入喷杆的进液孔，喷杆呈“L”字形，喷杆上的喷嘴固定于外罩的喷嘴孔，喷杆通过压盖固定于外罩的内径内圈孔另一端，头帽穿过压盖与泵芯组件的阀杆外径扣合，即喷杆两翼对称的杆翼和出水端固定于外罩内径内圈孔的罩圈槽与压盖的盖圈槽扣合形成的限位槽孔内。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及乳液泵，是一种喷嘴固定型乳液瓶盖及其使用方法。
背景技术
乳液瓶是一种用于乳液存取的容器，此类乳液瓶一般利用按压式微型喷雾器的原理，并在头帽内省略挡片的设置，从而使乳液经过吸管、泵体后，从喷头的头帽流出，而不会由于挡片的阻挡而雾化喷出。此类乳液瓶的主体结构为乳液瓶盖，以及泵芯，如中国专利文献中披露的申请号201310571315.7，申请公布日2014.03.05，发明名称“外置弹簧乳液泵及其使用方法”；该乳液泵的泵体一端与吸管连接，另一端与大圈连接，泵体内设有阀针、活塞、阀杆；其要点是所述大圈的压嘴侧圈口设有向圈口两侧延伸的延展套筒，延展套筒的活塞端口内径设有阀杆套筒，延展套筒与阀杆套筒之间设有弹簧槽，弹簧与阀杆压嘴侧一端的端口外径限位筋沿相抵；大圈的吸管侧延展套筒外径与泵体的泵口内径凹凸筋位扣合。阀针的钉帽端与活塞的一端相抵配合密封，阀针的针杆穿过活塞插入阀杆另一端的端口内，针杆的末端与阀杆端口的内壁扣合，扣合处设有出水槽，阀针、活塞、阀杆连为一体；泵体吸管端的内径端口设有塑料弹套。但上述结构的乳液泵与现有同类乳液泵结构相似，均通过鸭嘴型的压嘴（头帽），使乳液流出，压嘴在按压过程中会随着泵芯上下移动；并一旦压嘴受力不均匀，还就会造成压嘴来回摆动，使乳液的流出不稳定。同时，此类结构的乳液泵在运输过程中容易造成意外按压，需要增加防锁结构。
发明内容
为克服上述不足，本发明的目的是向本领域提供一种弹簧外置的喷嘴固定型乳液瓶盖及其使用方法，使其解决现有同类乳液泵产品中喷嘴较难固定使用，喷嘴出液效果稳定性较差的技术问题。其目的是通过如下技术方案实现的。
一种喷嘴固定型乳液瓶盖，该乳液瓶盖的外罩内设有大圈、泵芯组件、喷杆、头帽，所述泵芯组件的卡口座通过垫圈设置于大圈的圈口，卡口座与大圈的圈口扣合；其结构设计要点是所述外罩的内径设有内径内圈孔和内径外圈孔组成双层筒管，内径内圈孔与内径外圈孔之间设有间隙；大圈通过外径的外圈齿与外罩的内径内圈孔一端扣合，扣合处设有阶梯式缩小的孔口，外罩限位于扣合处的孔口；外罩内的连接杆一端与泵芯组件的阀杆内径扣合，连接杆的另一端套入喷杆的进液孔，喷杆的出液孔与喷嘴扣合，喷嘴固定于外罩的喷嘴孔，喷杆通过外罩内的压盖固定于外罩的内径内圈孔另一端，头帽穿过压盖与泵芯组件的阀杆外径扣合。从而按压头帽时，喷杆和喷嘴固定于外罩的内径内圈孔而不发生上下移动，泵芯组件通过头帽带动泵芯组件的阀杆上下运动，从而实现液体通过吸管进入泵芯组件，并依次经过泵芯组件、连接杆、喷杆从喷嘴流出乳液。
所述外罩的喷嘴孔对称侧设有弧形边槽。弧形边槽便于头帽卡于外罩内时，通过外罩的弧形边槽取出或撬出外罩内的头帽。
所述大圈的外圈齿与外罩内径内圈孔的丝筋扣合，外圈齿一侧设有限位筋，大圈的限位筋与外罩内径内圈孔的限位槽扣合，限位槽的槽口设有喇叭形导向口。上述结构便于大圈与外罩之间的固定以及限位，从而使大圈与外罩连为一体，并方便了大圈与外罩之间的装配。
所述大圈内径的螺纹收牙处为平头。从而便于大圈与相对应乳液瓶的瓶口连接，起到定位作用，最终保证外罩的喷嘴孔与乳液瓶的印刷烫金内容方向精确性的定位。
所述泵芯组件包括阀杆、弹簧、卡口座、阀针、活塞、泵体、弹套，所述泵体设有通孔，阀针的一端与阀杆扣合，另一端套入泵体，并外径设有活塞，活塞与泵体的内径过盈密封，阀针的外径设有弹簧，弹簧分别与阀针的阀口外径，以及泵体的泵口处卡口座相抵，卡口座与泵体的泵口扣合，泵体的进口设有弹套。上述结构便于泵芯组件组装完成为一体后，直接放入大圈内，并通过泵芯组件的卡口座与大圈的圈口扣合。
所述喷杆呈“L”字形，喷杆的两翼对称设有杆翼，杆翼的泵芯组件侧设有加强筋，压盖与外罩上的内径内圈孔扣合同时，喷杆的杆翼和出水端分别固定于外罩内径内圈孔的罩圈槽与压盖的盖圈槽扣合形成的限位槽孔内。喷杆通过喷杆两侧的杆翼设置，进一步提高了喷杆固定于外罩的稳定性，杆翼的加强筋进一步加强了杆翼的强度。根据上述结构特征，喷杆亦可采用圆盘形的圈筋等结构固定于外罩的内径内圈孔。
所述头帽对应喷杆的杆翼和出水端分别设有内圈槽和外圈槽。上述结构便于头帽在按压时不影响喷杆的使用，以及进一步提高头帽在运动过程中的稳定性。
所述头帽与泵芯组件的阀杆扣合处设有限位筋条，限位筋条与阀杆相抵。头帽的限位筋条进一步加强头帽与泵芯组件扣合处相抵时的强度，从而进一步提高头帽的使用寿命。
本发明结构设计合理，使用方便，各部件装配紧密、稳定，喷嘴出液稳定，密封性、稳定性好；其适合作为同类需求的乳液泵使用，及其同类产品的结构改进。

具体实施方式
现结合附图，对本发明结构和使用作进一步描述。如图1～图9所示，该乳液瓶盖包括外罩1、大圈2、泵芯组件3、连接杆4、喷杆5、喷嘴6、压盖7、头帽8、垫圈9，外罩内设有大圈、泵芯组件、连接杆、喷杆、压盖、头帽、垫圈，外罩的内径设有内径内圈孔和内径外圈孔组成双层筒管，内径内圈孔与内径外圈孔之间设有间隙。泵芯组件的卡口座303通过垫圈设置于大圈的圈口，卡口座与大圈的圈口扣合；外罩内的连接杆一端与泵芯组件的阀杆301内径扣合，大圈通过外径的外圈齿201与外罩的内径内圈孔一端扣合，扣合处设有阶梯式缩小的孔口，外罩限位于扣合处的孔口；连接杆的另一端套入喷杆的进液孔，喷杆的出液孔与喷嘴扣合，喷嘴固定于外罩的喷嘴孔101，喷杆通过外罩内的压盖固定于外罩的内径内圈孔另一端，头帽穿过压盖与泵芯组件的阀杆外径扣合。
其具体结构为：外罩的喷嘴孔对称侧设有弧形边槽；大圈的外圈齿与外罩内径内圈孔的丝筋104扣合，外圈齿一侧设有限位筋202，大圈的限位筋与外罩内径内圈孔的限位槽103扣合，限位槽的槽口设有喇叭形导向口；大圈内径的螺纹203收牙处为平头。泵芯组件包括阀杆、弹簧302、卡口座、阀针304、活塞305、泵体306、弹套307，泵体设有通孔，阀针的一端与阀杆扣合，另一端套入泵体，并外径设有活塞，活塞与泵体的内径过盈密封，阀针的外径设有弹簧，弹簧分别与阀针的阀口外径，以及泵体的泵口处卡口座相抵，卡口座与泵体的泵口扣合，泵体的进口设有弹套。喷杆呈“L”字形，喷杆的两翼对称设有杆翼501，杆翼的泵芯组件侧设有加强筋502，压盖与外罩上的内径内圈孔扣合同时，喷杆的杆翼和出水端分别固定于外罩内径内圈孔的罩圈槽102与压盖的盖圈槽701扣合形成的限位槽孔内。头帽对应喷杆的杆翼和出水端分别设有内圈槽802和外圈槽801；头帽与泵芯组件的阀杆扣合处设有限位筋条803，限位筋条与阀杆相抵。
使用时，头帽下压后，喷嘴固定于外罩的喷嘴孔，从而出液孔在外观上保持不动。具体使用方法为：该乳液瓶盖的泵芯组件3连接吸管，吸管伸入乳液瓶，大圈2与乳液瓶的瓶口连接；头帽8受力按压向下运动时，头帽通过与泵芯组件3的阀杆301扣合端，带动泵芯组件的阀杆向下移动，弹簧302发生形变，阀杆带动阀针304，以及阀针上的活塞305向下移动，泵体内压强增大，弹套307关闭，乳液依次通过泵体、阀针、阀杆、连接杆4、喷杆5，从外罩1上的喷嘴6流出；松开头帽，弹簧带动阀杆和头帽复位，弹套打开，液体通过吸管、弹套进入泵体内，上述过程中喷杆通过压盖7固定于外罩的内径内圈孔，喷嘴固定于外罩的喷嘴孔101。往复按压头帽，乳液即可从喷嘴流出。
Claims (9)
1.一种喷嘴固定型乳液瓶盖，该乳液瓶盖的外罩(1)内设有大圈(2)、泵芯组件(3)、喷杆(5)、头帽(8)，所述泵芯组件的卡口座(303)通过垫圈(9)设置于大圈的圈口，卡口座与大圈的圈口扣合；所述外罩(1)的内径设有内径内圈孔和内径外圈孔组成双层筒管，内径内圈孔与内径外圈孔之间设有间隙；喷嘴固定于外罩的喷嘴孔(101)，其特征在于所述大圈(2)通过外径的外圈齿(201)与外罩的内径内圈孔一端扣合，扣合处设有阶梯式缩小的孔口，外罩限位于扣合处的孔口；外罩内的连接杆(4)一端与泵芯组件(3)的阀杆(301)内径扣合，连接杆的另一端套入喷杆(5)的进液孔，喷杆的出液孔与喷嘴(6)扣合，喷杆通过外罩内的压盖(7)固定于外罩的内径内圈孔另一端，头帽穿过压盖与泵芯组件的阀杆外径扣合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷嘴固定型乳液瓶盖，其特征在于所述外罩(1)的喷嘴孔(101)对称侧设有弧形边槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的喷嘴固定型乳液瓶盖，其特征在于所述大圈(2)的外圈齿(201)与外罩(1)内径内圈孔的丝筋(104)扣合，外圈齿一侧设有限位筋(202)，大圈的限位筋与外罩内径内圈孔的限位槽(103)扣合，限位槽的槽口设有喇叭形导向口。
4.根据权利要求3所述的喷嘴固定型乳液瓶盖，其特征在于所述大圈(2)内径的螺纹(203)收牙处为平头。
5.根据权利要求1所述的喷嘴固定型乳液瓶盖，其特征在于所述泵芯组件(3)包括阀杆(301)、弹簧(302)、卡口座(303)、阀针(304)、活塞(305)、泵体(306)、弹套(307)，所述泵体设有通孔，阀针的一端与阀杆扣合，另一端套入泵体，并外径设有活塞，活塞与泵体的内径过盈密封，阀针的外径设有弹簧，弹簧分别与阀针的阀口外径，以及泵体的泵口处卡口座相抵，卡口座与泵体的泵口扣合，泵体的进口设有弹套。
6.根据权利要求1所述的喷嘴固定型乳液瓶盖，其特征在于所述喷杆(5)呈“L”字形，喷杆的两翼对称设有杆翼(501)，杆翼的泵芯组件侧设有加强筋(502)，压盖(7)与外罩(1)上的内径内圈孔扣合同时，喷杆的杆翼和出水端分别固定于外罩内径内圈孔的罩圈槽(102)与压盖的盖圈槽(701)扣合形成的限位槽孔内。
7.根据权利要求6所述的喷嘴固定型乳液瓶盖，其特征在于所述头帽(8)对应喷杆(5)的杆翼(501)和出水端分别设有内圈槽(802)和外圈槽(801)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的喷嘴固定型乳液瓶盖，其特征在于所述头帽(8)与泵芯组件(3)的阀杆(301)扣合处设有限位筋条(803)，限位筋条与阀杆相抵。
9.根据权利要求1所述的喷嘴固定型乳液瓶盖的使用方法，该乳液瓶盖的泵芯组件(3)连接吸管，吸管伸入乳液瓶，大圈(2)与乳液瓶的瓶口连接；其特征在于所述头帽(8)受力按压向下运动时，头帽通过与泵芯组件(3)的阀杆(301)扣合端，带动泵芯组件的阀杆向下移动，弹簧(302)发生形变，阀杆带动阀针(304)，以及阀针上的活塞(305)向下移动，泵体内压强增大，弹套(307)关闭，乳液依次通过泵体、阀针、阀杆、连接杆(4)、喷杆(5)，从外罩(1)上的喷嘴(6)流出；松开头帽，弹簧带动阀杆和头帽复位，弹套打开，液体通过吸管、弹套进入泵体内，上述过程中喷杆通过压盖(7)固定于外罩的内径内圈孔，喷嘴固定于外罩的喷嘴孔(101)。
