技术领域
本发明涉及一种缓凝高效减水剂,属于混凝土外加剂领域。
背景技术
混凝土外加剂,简称外加剂,是指在拌制混凝土拌合前或拌合过程中掺入用以改善混凝土性能的物质。由于外加剂能有效地改善混凝土的性能,而且具有良好的经济效益,在许多国家都得到广泛的应用,在工程中的应用越来越受到重视,成为混凝土中不可或缺的材料。其中缓凝减水剂是混凝土外加剂中的一种,其可以延缓混凝土凝结时间,使新拌混凝土较长时间保持塑性,方便浇注,提高施工效率,同时对混凝土后期各项性能不会造成不良影响,且兼有减水作用。目前市场上所使用的缓凝减水剂存在着缓凝效果不明显和减水率低的缺点,无法满足高强高性能混凝土的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种缓凝时间长和减水率高的缓凝高效减水剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种缓凝高效减水剂,由以下重量份的原料混合而成:三聚氰胺磺酸盐甲醛缩合物40-60、聚氧茚树脂磺酸钠25-35、玉米淀粉10-15、葡萄糖酸钠8-12、木糖醇2-4、过磷酸钙4-8、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠3-6、松香甘油酯2-3、三乙醇胺3-5、甘蔗糖蜜4-7、柠檬酸钠3.5-4.5、碳酸亚铁4-6、气相白炭黑5-10、硫铝酸钙7-13、聚乙烯醇4-8、电石渣10-15、助剂4.5-6.5;
所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:菱苦土10-15、腐殖酸镁3-6、苯甲酸铵2-4、α-烯基磺酸钠6-12、肌醇六磷酸酯1.5-2.5、异丁烯三乙氧基硅烷3-5、聚合氯化铁5-10、锗石粉12-18、钛白粉5-10、肉豆蔻基葡糖苷1-2、聚酰胺蜡4-6、硅酸镁锂2-3、茶皂素1.5-2.5;
将上述菱苦土、锗石粉、钛白粉混合均匀,然后加入α-烯基磺酸钠、异丁烯三乙氧基硅烷、聚酰胺蜡、硅酸镁锂,40-60℃水浴温度下搅拌10-15min,冷却至常温后加入余下原料,充分搅拌均匀,烘干,即得所述助剂。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明减水剂减水率高,坍落度损失小,增强效果明显、工作性能优良,可以显著延缓混凝土的凝结时间,掺入混凝土后可泵性好、粘聚性强、耐久性好、含气量低、泌水率小,具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。
具体实施方式
一种缓凝高效减水剂,由以下重量(kg)的原料混合而成:三聚氰胺磺酸盐甲醛缩合物50、聚氧茚树脂磺酸钠30、玉米淀粉12、葡萄糖酸钠10、木糖醇3、过磷酸钙6、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠4、松香甘油酯2.5、三乙醇胺4、甘蔗糖蜜6、柠檬酸钠4、碳酸亚铁5、气相白炭黑8、硫铝酸钙11、聚乙烯醇6、电石渣12、助剂5.5;
所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:菱苦土15、腐殖酸镁5、苯甲酸铵3、α-烯基磺酸钠10、肌醇六磷酸酯2、异丁烯三乙氧基硅烷4、聚合氯化铁7、锗石粉16、钛白粉8、肉豆蔻基葡糖苷1.5、聚酰胺蜡5、硅酸镁锂3、茶皂素2;
将上述菱苦土、锗石粉、钛白粉混合均匀,然后加入α-烯基磺酸钠、异丁烯三乙氧基硅烷、聚酰胺蜡、硅酸镁锂,60℃水浴温度下搅拌10min,冷却至常温后加入余下原料,充分搅拌均匀,烘干,即得所述助剂。
上述制得的缓凝高效减水剂掺入混凝土中的主要性能检测结果如下表所示:

1.一种缓凝高效减水剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料混合而成:三聚氰胺磺酸盐甲醛缩合物 40-60、聚氧茚树脂磺酸钠 25-35、玉米淀粉 10-15、葡萄糖酸钠 8-12、木糖醇 2-4、过磷酸钙 4-8、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠3-6、松香甘油酯2-3、三乙醇胺 3-5、甘蔗糖蜜4-7、柠檬酸钠3.5-4.5、碳酸亚铁 4-6、气相白炭黑 5-10、硫铝酸钙 7-13、聚乙烯醇 4-8、电石渣 10-15、助剂 4.5-6.5;
所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:菱苦土10-15、腐殖酸镁3-6、苯甲酸铵2-4、α-烯基磺酸钠6-12、肌醇六磷酸酯 1.5-2.5、异丁烯三乙氧基硅烷 3-5、聚合氯化铁5-10、锗石粉12-18、钛白粉 5-10、肉豆蔻基葡糖苷 1-2、聚酰胺蜡 4-6、硅酸镁锂 2-3、茶皂素 1.5-2.5;
将上述菱苦土、锗石粉、钛白粉 混合均匀,然后加入α-烯基磺酸钠、异丁烯三乙氧基硅烷、聚酰胺蜡、硅酸镁锂,40-60℃水浴温度下搅拌10-15min,冷却至常温后加入余下原料,充分搅拌均匀,烘干,即得所述助剂。
