Abstract
The invention relates to an anti-sticking food-grade TPU conveying belt and a manufacturing method of the anti-sticking food-grade TPU conveying belt. The anti-sticking food-grade TPU conveying belt is used for conveying foods, such as chocolate and caramel treats, with certain stickness in the cooling forming stage. The anti-sticking food-grade TPU conveying belt is characterized in that TPU materials serve as a glue layer, polyester fabric serves as a framework structure, a dual-fabric and dual-glue structure is adopted, a polyether type TPU layer serves as an anti-sticking face layer, the anti-sticking food-grade TPU conveying belt sequentially comprises the polyether type TPU layer, a first polyester fabric layer, a TPU gluing layer and a second polyester fabric layer from top to bottom, the anti-sticking performance of the TPU materials is improved by adding slipping agents, and the rigidity of the polyether type TPU layer is ShoreA85 degrees and comprises, by weight, 100 parts of polyether type TPU, 8 parts to 10 parts of polyether modified siloxane and 8 parts to 10 parts of color master batches. The fabric is the polyester fabric, 500-D ultra-low contraction polyester multifilaments are adopted in the warp direction, 0.25-mm polyester monofilaments are adopted in the weft direction, and a plain-woven-method structure is adopted.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an anti-sticking food-grade TPU conveyor belt and a manufacturing method thereof, which are used for conveying cooling forming sections with certain viscosity in food, such as chocolate, caramel treats and the like.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people and the increasing demand of snacks, food production enterprises have come to deliver various foods rich in chocolate, sugar and the like in order to meet the demands of consumers. In the production process of the foods with certain viscosity, in order to ensure the attractive appearance of the products, the conveying belt is required to have excellent anti-sticking property in the forming stage of the foods (such as chocolate, caramel treats and the like) so as to avoid causing defects of product bottom plates. Thus, anti-sticking requirements for the transport tape.
Because of the high anti-sticking requirement of the conveyer belt, only import can be relied on at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: an anti-sticking food grade TPU conveyor belt is provided to be suitable for food conveying of a sticky food forming section.
Yet another object of the present invention is to: provides a manufacturing method of the anti-sticking food-grade TPU conveying belt.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an anti-sticking food-grade TPU conveyor belt, which uses a TPU material as a glue layer, a polyester fabric as a skeleton structure, a two-cloth two-glue structure, and a polyether type TPU layer as an anti-sticking surface layer, and sequentially from top to bottom: a polyether type TPU layer, a polyester fabric layer, a TPU joint layer and a polyester fabric layer, wherein the polyether type TPU layer is added with a slipping agent to improve the anti-sticking performance of the TPU material,
the hardness of the polyether TPU layer is ShoreA85 degrees, and the formula comprises the following components in parts by weight:
polyether type TPU 100
8-10% of polyether-modified siloxane (TE 58)
8-10 parts of color master batch;
the fabric is made of polyester fabric, the warp direction is 500D ultralow-shrinkage polyester multifilament, the weft direction is 0.25mm polyester monofilament, and a plain weave structure is adopted.
The TPU attaching layer is made of a TPU material for a general conveyer belt, but in order to ensure good low-temperature flexing resistance, the formula of the TPU attaching layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of TPU and 6-8 parts of color master are mixed, and the hardness of the TPU laminating layer is shoreA85 degrees.
The invention has good anti-sticking effect, not only meets the requirement of food-grade standard, but also does not contain plasticizer components. The invention has good flexing resistance performance at the temperature of about-10 ℃.
The invention provides a manufacturing method of the anti-sticking food-grade TPU conveyer belt, which sequentially comprises the following steps:
firstly, shaping a polyester fabric layer, coating PU glue on the front surface of the polyester fabric layer, calendering an anti-sticking surface layer, and coating PU glue on the back surface of the polyester fabric layer to obtain a first structural layer;
secondly, shaping a second layer of polyester fabric, priming PU glue on the front surface, rolling a TPU laminating layer, and priming PU glue on the back surface of the second layer of polyester fabric to obtain a second structural layer;
and finally, laminating the first and second structural layers to obtain a finished product.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) provides an anti-sticking light conveyor belt for the forming section of viscous food in the food industry.
2) The blank that no anti-sticking conveying belt exists in the domestic light conveying belt industry is filled.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic view of a cross-sectional structure of an anti-sticking food-grade TPU conveyor belt of the present invention, an anti-sticking food-grade TPU conveyor belt uses a TPU material as a glue layer, a polyester fabric as a skeleton structure, a two-cloth two-glue structure, and a polyether type TPU layer as an anti-sticking surface layer 1, and sequentially from top to bottom: an anti-sticking surface layer 1, a polyester fabric layer 2, a TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) laminating layer 3 and a polyester fabric layer 4, wherein the anti-sticking surface layer 1 is added with a slipping agent to improve the anti-sticking performance of a TPU material, wherein,
the hardness of the anti-sticking surface layer 1 polyether type TPU layer is ShoreA85 degrees, and the formula comprises the following components in parts by weight:

TE58 8~10
8-10 parts of color masterbatch;

As shown in figure 2 a flow chart of the manufacturing process of the present invention,
the manufacturing method of the TPU light conveyor belt comprises the following steps:
the conveying belt is designed to be a structure with two fabrics and two adhesives, and the compactness of a surface layer is ensured by adopting a calendering process.
The surface layer of the conveying belt adopts ShoreA 85-degree polyether TPU, and polyether modified siloxane material (TE 58) is added to improve the anti-sticking property of the surface. The TPU adhesive layer shoreA 85-degree TPU does not contact with conveyed food, so that the anti-sticking property is not required to be considered.
Firstly, one layer of the fabric is shaped, the front surface is coated with PU glue (the curing temperature of the glue is 100-120 ℃), and the coating amount is 100-130 g/m2An anti-sticking surface layer which is calendered at 180-190 ℃ and is 0.25-0.3 mm in thickness, and a polyester fabric layer, wherein the reverse side of the polyester fabric layer is coated with PU glue (the curing temperature of the glue is 100-120 ℃), and the coating amount is 80-100 g/m2Obtaining a polyester fabric layer 2 structure;
secondly, the fabric is shaped in two layers, the front surface of the fabric is coated with PU glue (the curing temperature of the glue is 100-120 ℃), and the coating amount is 100-130 g/m2Coating PU glue on the reverse side of the two layers of the polyester fabric and calendering at 180-190 ℃ for 0.25-0.3 mm, wherein the coating amount is 80-100 g/m2Obtaining a two-layer 4 structure of the polyester fabric;
and finally, laminating the first and second structural layers to obtain a finished product.
The surface friction coefficient of the anti-sticking food-grade TPU conveyor belt is about 1/3 of that of a common TPU conveyor belt, the surface of the anti-sticking food-grade TPU conveyor belt is good in smoothness, and meanwhile, hot chocolate is used for testing on the conveyor belt.
The average value of the surface friction coefficient of the present invention is: 0.056, while the average value of the surface friction coefficient of a conventional TPU belt is 0.154.
And (3) testing the anti-sticking effect by using hot chocolate, respectively placing the hot chocolate on the anti-sticking food-grade TPU conveying belt and the common food-grade TPU conveying belt before cooling to compare, wherein no residue exists on the surface of the anti-sticking food-grade TPU conveying belt after cooling, and a great amount of residue exists on the common food-grade TPU conveying belt. See the comparison table of the physical property test of the finished product in detail.
