本发明公开了一种葡萄玉米面粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:小麦粉600-800、玉米粒80-100、绿豆20-30、葡萄60-70、石榴30-40、乳清粉70-80、葛根4-5、罗布麻叶2-3、串铃草2-3、柿叶1-2、鹿仙草1-2、秦艽1-2、胡秃子2-4、丰花草1-3、甘松1-2、薏仁油30-40;本发明将玉米粒、绿豆、乳清粉添加到面粉中,改善其单一结构,添加葡萄、石榴使其具有水果风味,添加多种中药原料使其具有良好的保健功效,用成品面粉制作加工成各类面食,营养更加丰富,色香味俱佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面粉,尤其涉及一种葡萄玉米面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
现在市面上的面粉成分单一,功能单一,已经不能满足人们的需要;本发明将多种营养成分添加到磨粉中,改善其营养结构。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种葡萄玉米面粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种葡萄玉米面粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
小麦粉600-800、玉米粒80-100、绿豆20-30、葡萄60-70、石榴30-40、乳清粉70-80、葛根4-5、罗布麻叶2-3、串铃草2-3、柿叶1-2、鹿仙草1-2、秦艽1-2、胡秃子2-4、丰花草1-3、甘松1-2、薏仁油30-40。
一种葡萄玉米面粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将玉米粒、绿豆拣杂洗净后送入锅中,文火炒至熟香,取出挤压膨化,再粉碎至80-100目,得到玉米粉;
(2)将葡萄去蒂洗净,石榴剖开取粒,混合打浆,煮沸5-8分钟,冷却后加入浆重1-2%的果胶酶,在30-35℃下酶解2-3小时,灭酶后过滤,得到酶解液;
(3)将葛根、罗布麻叶、串铃草等中药原料混合粉碎,加入7-8倍清水,煮沸后小火煎煮50-60分钟,离心分离去渣,得到中药液;
(4)将小麦粉、乳清粉、薏仁油与上述玉米粉、酶解液、中药液混合搅拌均匀,冷冻干燥,粉碎至100-120目细度,灭菌装袋即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明将玉米粒、绿豆、乳清粉添加到面粉中,改善其单一结构,添加葡萄、石榴使其具有水果风味,添加多种中药原料使其具有良好的保健功效,用成品面粉制作加工成各类面食,营养更加丰富,色香味俱佳。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种葡萄玉米面粉,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
小麦粉800、玉米粒100、绿豆30、葡萄70、石榴40、乳清粉80、葛根5、罗布麻叶3、串铃草3、柿叶2、鹿仙草2、秦艽2、胡秃子4、丰花草3、甘松2、薏仁油40。
一种葡萄玉米面粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将玉米粒、绿豆拣杂洗净后送入锅中,文火炒至熟香,取出挤压膨化,再粉碎至100目,得到玉米粉;
(2)将葡萄去蒂洗净,石榴剖开取粒,混合打浆,煮沸8分钟,冷却后加入浆重1%的果胶酶,在30℃下酶解2小时,灭酶后过滤,得到酶解液;
(3)将葛根、罗布麻叶、串铃草等中药原料混合粉碎,加入8倍清水,煮沸后小火煎煮60分钟,离心分离去渣,得到中药液;
(4)将小麦粉、乳清粉、薏仁油与上述玉米粉、酶解液、中药液混合搅拌均匀,冷冻干燥,粉碎至120目细度,灭菌装袋即可。
Claims (2)
1.一种葡萄玉米面粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
小麦粉600-800、玉米粒80-100、绿豆20-30、葡萄60-70、石榴30-40、乳清粉70-80、葛根4-5、罗布麻叶2-3、串铃草2-3、柿叶1-2、鹿仙草1-2、秦艽1-2、胡秃子2-4、丰花草1-3、甘松1-2、薏仁油30-40。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的葡萄玉米面粉制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将玉米粒、绿豆拣杂洗净后送入锅中,文火炒至熟香,取出挤压膨化,再粉碎至80-100目,得到玉米粉;
(2)将葡萄去蒂洗净,石榴剖开取粒,混合打浆,煮沸5-8分钟,冷却后加入浆重1-2%的果胶酶,在30-35℃下酶解2-3小时,灭酶后过滤,得到酶解液;
(3)将葛根、罗布麻叶、串铃草等中药原料混合粉碎,加入7-8倍清水,煮沸后小火煎煮50-60分钟,离心分离去渣,得到中药液;
(4)将小麦粉、乳清粉、薏仁油与上述玉米粉、酶解液、中药液混合搅拌均匀,冷冻干燥,粉碎至100-120目细度,灭菌装袋即可。
