顶管用动力装置，包括千斤顶及支撑千斤顶的支架；其特征是：所述千斤顶设置有四个，每个千斤顶的后端同轴线固装一小齿轮；四个小齿轮参数相等且都与一中心大齿轮啮合，四个小齿轮绕中心大齿轮的轴线均布设置；四个小齿轮位于一个外齿圈内并均与外齿圈啮合；外齿圈固定在所述支架上；中心大齿轮同轴安装一驱动齿轮，驱动齿轮通过传动机构与所述的驱动电机连接；驱动电机固装在所述支架上。该装置可以防止管道在行进过程中走偏，从而防止被卡，也可提高两个管道的对接同轴度，提高对接质量。

顶管用动力装置
技术领域
本发明涉及市政工程中管道铺设用装置，尤其是顶管用动力装置。
背景技术
目前，在市政工程中，铺设地下管道都采用顶管工艺，就是将管道2顶入预先挖好的孔道1中，如图1所示。而顶管时，采用千斤顶实施，千斤顶的后端固定在支架上，前端即伸缩端顶在管道的端面上，然后启动千斤顶推动管道前进。其存在的问题是：管道容易走偏，行进过程中顶在孔道壁上，从而被阻，无法快速顺利的完成管道铺设；而且即使不被卡也会存在两个管道对接质量不高的问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺点，本发明的目的在于提供一种顶管用动力装置，该装置可以防止管道在行进过程中走偏，从而防止被卡，也可提高两个管道的对接同轴度，提高对接质量。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用以下技术方案：顶管用动力装置，包括千斤顶及支撑千斤顶的支架；其特征是：所述千斤顶设置有四个，每个千斤顶的后端固定同轴线固装一小齿轮；四个小齿轮参数相等且都与一中心大齿轮啮合，四个小齿轮绕中心大齿轮的轴线均布设置；四个小齿轮位于一个外齿圈内并均与外齿圈啮合；外齿圈固定在所述支架上；中心大齿轮同轴安装一驱动齿轮，驱动齿轮通过传动机构与所述的驱动电机连接；驱动电机固装在所述支架上。
作为本发明的进一步的技术方案：所述每个小齿轮通过一轮轴安装在同一个连接框架上。
更进一步的：所述连接框架是呈正方形。
本发明的有益效果是：该装置可以防止管道在行进过程中走偏，从而防止被卡，也可提高两个管道的对接同轴度，提高对接质量。

具体实施方式
如图2-4所示，该顶管用动力装置主要包括千斤顶3及支撑千斤顶的支架。
其中所述千斤顶3设置有四个，四个千斤顶规格完全相同。每个千斤顶3的后端同轴线固装一小齿轮5；四个小齿轮5参数相等且都与一中心大齿轮6啮合，四个小齿轮5绕中心大齿轮6的轴线均布设置；四个小齿轮5位于一个外齿圈7内并均与外齿圈7啮合；外齿圈7固定在所述支架8上；中心大齿轮6同轴安装一驱动齿轮9，驱动齿轮9通过传动齿轮10与所述的驱动电机11连接；驱动电机11固装在所述支架8上。
顶管施工中，先利用四个千斤顶对管道端面四个点进行施力，推动管道前进，管道前进一段距离后，再通过驱动电机驱动中心大齿轮转动，从而带动四个小齿轮绕中心大齿轮的中心线转动一定角度，即四个千斤顶的位置变化，即对管道的施力点发生变化，这样避免单一点施力造成的走偏问题。管道顶进过程中，可以多次变换施力点的位置，以便多次调偏，最终该装置实现防止管道在行进过程中走偏、被卡，提高两个管道的对接同轴度，提高对接质量的作用。
为了保证小齿轮转动的同步即四个千斤顶同步转动，保证对管道的施力点同步变化，该实施例采取的进一步的技术：所述每个小齿轮5通过一轮轴12安装在同一个连接框架13上。更进一步的：该连接框架13优选的为正方形。
当然本发明中驱动齿轮也可采用其他装置代替，例如采用齿扇代替，甚至可以采用拨块代替，只要有驱动机构驱动齿扇或拨块绕中心大齿轮轴线转动一定角度即可。甚至还可以采取中心大齿轮固定不动，外齿圈转动的方式，同样能实现带动小齿轮绕中心大齿轮轴线转动的功能。总之，本发明并不仅仅局限于上述实施例，上述实施例仅仅是本发明的较佳实施例，不能作为对本发明的限制。
另外，作为防止走偏的辅助技术手段：可以在管道的下方预设导轨4，导轨位于孔道1外，使管道2在导轨4上行进。

1.顶管用动力装置，包括千斤顶及支撑千斤顶的支架；其特征是：所述千斤顶设置有四个，每个千斤顶的后端同轴线固装一小齿轮；四个小齿轮参数相等且都与一中心大齿轮啮合，四个小齿轮绕中心大齿轮的轴线均布设置；四个小齿轮位于一个外齿圈内并均与外齿圈啮合；外齿圈固定在所述支架上；中心大齿轮同轴安装一驱动齿轮，驱动齿轮通过传动机构与所述的驱动电机连接；驱动电机固装在所述支架上；还包括供管道运行的导轨。
2.根据权利要求1所述的顶管用动力装置，其特征是：所述每个小齿轮通过一轮轴安装在同一个连接框架上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的顶管用动力装置，其特征是：所述连接框架是呈正方形。
