Abstract

The pancake maker comprises a lower horizontal heating plate (2) and a second upper heating plate (4) arranged to be lowered and to come into proximity with the lower plate (2). The adjacent lower surface (11) and upper surface (10) of the plates (2 and 4) are respectively concave and convex, so as to delimit a cooking area whose centre is lower than the edges. <IMAGE>
