Description
Elektromagnet Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Elektromagnet zur Betätigung von Hydraulik-Schieberventilen.
Es sind Elektromagnete bekannt, bei welchen der Magnetanker spielfrei in speziell dafür vorgesehenen Lagerbüchsen gelagert wird, mit dem Nachteil, nach hohen Schaltzahlen ausgelaufen zu sein, was ein Ver kanten resp. Blockieren des Ankers zur Folge hat.
Der Erfindung liegt der Gedanke zu Grunde, diesen Nachteil zu beheben, indem eine entsprechende Magnetkonstruktion ein Blockieren des Ankers rest los ausschliesst.
Diese Idee wurde dadurch verwirklicht, indem der Magnetanker frei schwimmend und ohne eigent liche Lagerelemente, mit relativ grossem Spiel in seinem Führungsrohr gelagert wird. Die Kraftüber tragung vom Anker auf den Ventilkolben erfolgt mittels ebenfalls schwimmendem, frei eingelegtem Druckbolzen.
Aus der Zeichnung geht der prinzipielle Kon struktionsaufbau hervor.
Das wesentliche Konstruktionsmerkmal stellt der im Lecköl frei schwimmende Magnetanker 4 dar. Pos. 5 illustriert das nach allen Richtungen gross zügig vorgesehene Ankerspiel. Die durch die Spule 2 erzeugten Kraftlinien 10 schliessen sich über Anker 4 und Magnetgehäuse 1. Die Ankerführungshülse 3 ist mit Gehäuse 1 druckdicht verbunden. Der kraft übertragende Druckbolzen 6 ist ebenfalls frei schwim mend zwischen Anker 4 und Ventilkolben 7 ein gelegt. Während des Schaltvorganges kann das Lecköl drucklos durch die Ölumlaufnuten 9 zirkulieren. Der Dichtungsring 8 hat die statische Abdichtung zwi schen Magnet und Ventil zur Aufgabe.
Die Ein Stichnuten 11 bezwecken im geschalteten Zustand eine Unterbindung der konischen Auflagefläche 12 und verhindern somit, vor allem im ölumspülten Zu stand, ein Kleben des Magnetankers.

This idea was realized by the magnet armature floating freely and without actual bearing elements, with relatively large play in its guide tube. The force is transmitted from the armature to the valve piston by means of a floating, freely inserted pressure bolt.

The main design feature is the magnet armature 4 floating freely in the leakage oil. Item 5 illustrates the armature play, which is generously provided in all directions. The lines of force 10 generated by the coil 2 close via armature 4 and magnet housing 1. Armature guide sleeve 3 is connected to housing 1 in a pressure-tight manner. The force-transmitting pressure bolt 6 is also freely floating between armature 4 and valve piston 7 a. During the switching process, the leakage oil can circulate through the oil circulation grooves 9 without pressure. The sealing ring 8 has the static seal between the solenoid and valve's task.
The purpose of the stitch grooves 11 in the switched state is to prevent the conical bearing surface 12 and thus prevent the magnet armature from sticking, especially when it is surrounded by oil.
