Description
Knet- und Mischeinrichtung Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Knet- und Mischeinrichtung, welche ein, mit zahn artigen Vorsprüngen versehenes Gehäuse und in die sem eine drehbare und gegebenenfalls auch gleich zeitig oszillierende Schnecke aufweist, wobei die Schneckengänge durch radiale Schlitze in Schnecken flügeln aufgeteilt sind. Der Nachteil von solchen Knet- und Mischeinrichtungen besteht darin, dass bei empfindlichen Stoffen wie z. B.
Teig, Schokolade die Masse zwar ausgezeichnet gemischt, aber beim Mischen zerrissen wird. Die solcherart bearbeitete Masse hat nicht die notwendige Elastizität oder ist nicht genügend plastisch, so dass sie ,vor der Weiter verarbeitung längere Zeit stehengelassen werden muss.
Zweck der vorliegenden Erfindung äst eine Knet- und Mischeinrichtung zu schaffen, bei welcher der eingangs erwähnte Nachteil nicht auftritt. Die erfin dungsgemässe Knet und Mischeinrichtung ist da durch gekennzeichnet, dass dieselbe einen zusammen wirkende Knetzähne und Schneckenflügel aufweisen den Mischteil und einen anschliessenden Plastifizier- tetil aufweist, welcher überhaupt keine oder gegen über den Zähnen des. Mischteils erheblich zurück versetzte Knetzähne besitzt.
Gemäss einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform feh len im Plastifizierteil die Knetzähne, wobei der ent sprechende Teil der Schneckenwelle verdickt ist. Als Sonderform erhält die Welle relativ zum Gehäuse keilförmig ausgebildete Knetflächen.
Ein anderes Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs gegenstandes bezieht sich auf die Verwendung einer Plastifizierlenste, welche sich vor den entsprechen den Schneckenflügeln befindet.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung sind Ausführungs beispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigen: Fig.l eine erste Ausführung der Knet- und Mischeinrichtung im Längsschnitt, Fig.2 einen entsprechenden Querschnitt, Fig. 3 eine erste Variante der Misch- und Knet- einrichtung im Längsschnitt, Fig. 4 einen Querschnitt zu Fig. 3, Fig.5 eine letzte Variante im Längsschnitt und Fig.6 einen entsprechenden Querschnitt.
Die Knet- und Mischeinrichtung weist ein Ge häuse auf, welches bei allen Ausführungsbeispielen mit 1 bezeichnet ist. In diesem Gehäuse ist eine Schnecke angeordnet, welche eine Schneckenwelle 2 mit Schneckenflügeln 3 aufweist, welche mit einer Anzahl von Knetzähnen 4 zusammenwirken. Die Knetzähne 4 sind an der Innenwand des Gehäuses 1 befestigt, in der Weise, dass sie in die Zwischen räume zwischen den Schneckenflügeln hineinragen.
Wie aus der Fig. 1 ferner ersichtlich ist, ist die Schneckenwelle 2 zweiteilig ausgebildet und setzt sich aus einem dünneren Teil 2' und einem verdickten Teil 2" zusammen. Der dickere Teil 2" trägt ent sprechend verjüngte Schneckenflügel 3'.
Nur im Bereiche des Wellenteils 2' und der Schneckenflügel 3 sind Knetzähne 4 angeordnet, wäh rend im Bereiche des verdickten Wellenteils 2" über haupt keine oder stark zurückversetzte Zähne 4' vorgesehen sind. Der Teil 2" der Welle nebst dazu- gehöriger Ausbildung des Gehäuses. wirkt als Plasti- fizierteil, welcher an den eigentlichen Mischteil an geschlossen ist. Dieser Mischteil wird durch den Wellenteil 2', die Schneckenflügel 3 und Knetzähne 4 gebildet.
Gemäss der in der Fig.3 gezeigten Variante ist der Plastifizierteil einer Misch- und Kneteinrichtung durch eine im Querschnitt mit keilförmigen Knet- flächen versehene Welle 5 mit Schneckenflügeln 6 gebildet, mit welchem unter Umständen stark zu- rückversetzte Knetzähne zusammenwirken. Diese Knetzähne sind in den Fig. 3 und 4 nur strichpunk tiert dargestellt, da sie nur eine alternative Lösung bilden.
Die Wirkung der Knetflächen entspricht dem bekannten Walzeneffekt, bei dem zufolge der in einem keilförmigen Raum zwischen zwei bewegten Arbeitsflächen herrschenden Reibungsverhältnissen das Produkt in den Keil hineingezogen und durch den engsten Spalt hindurchgepresst wird.
Die letzte Ausführung des Erfindungsgegenstan des ist aus den Fig. 5 und 6 ersichtlich. Im Schnek- kengehäuse 1 ist eine Welle 7 angeordnet, welche auf ihrer ganzen Länge den gleichen Durchmesser auf weist. Die Welle 7 ist mit Schneckenflügeln 8 ver sehen, welche mit Knetzähnen 9 wie üblich zusam menwirken.
Die Knetzähne 9 sind nur im- Mischteil 10 der Schnecke vorgesehen, während der Plas,tifi zierteil 11 keine oder stark zurückversetzte Zähne 12 aufweist. Die Welle 7 weist eine Plastifizierleiste 13 auf, welche sich durch den Plastifizierteil 11 erstreckt und vor den Schneckengängen 14 befestigt äst.
Die Wirkung der Plastifizierleiste entspricht im wesent lichen der Arbeit der vorher beschriebenen keilför- migen Knetflächen.
Bei allen beschriebenen Ausführungsformen der Misch, und Kneteinrichtung wird die zu bearbeitende Masse schonend behandelt und ein Zerrreissen der selben vermieden.

According to a preferred embodiment, the kneading teeth are absent in the plasticizing part, the corresponding part of the worm shaft being thickened. As a special form, the shaft is given a wedge-shaped kneading surface relative to the housing.
Another embodiment of the subject matter of the invention relates to the use of a plasticizing ring, which is located in front of the corresponding screw blades.

The kneading and mixing device has a housing which is denoted by 1 in all exemplary embodiments. In this housing, a worm is arranged which has a worm shaft 2 with worm blades 3 which interact with a number of kneading teeth 4. The kneading teeth 4 are attached to the inner wall of the housing 1 in such a way that they protrude into the spaces between the screw blades.
As can also be seen from FIG. 1, the worm shaft 2 is constructed in two parts and is composed of a thinner part 2 'and a thickened part 2 ". The thicker part 2" has correspondingly tapered worm blades 3'.
Kneading teeth 4 are only arranged in the area of the shaft part 2 'and the worm blades 3, while in the area of the thickened shaft part 2 "there are no teeth 4' or teeth 4 'that are set back very much. The part 2" of the shaft and the associated design of the housing . acts as a plasticizing part which is connected to the actual mixing part. This mixing part is formed by the shaft part 2 ′, the screw blades 3 and 4 kneading teeth.
According to the variant shown in FIG. 3, the plasticizing part of a mixing and kneading device is formed by a shaft 5 with screw blades 6 which is provided with wedge-shaped kneading surfaces in cross section and with which kneading teeth, which are set back strongly under certain circumstances, interact. These kneading teeth are shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 only dashed dots, as they only form an alternative solution.
The action of the kneading surfaces corresponds to the well-known roller effect, in which the frictional conditions prevailing in a wedge-shaped space between two moving work surfaces pull the product into the wedge and press it through the narrowest gap.
The last embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown in FIGS. A shaft 7 is arranged in the worm housing 1 and has the same diameter over its entire length. The shaft 7 is seen with screw blades 8 ver, which men work together with kneading teeth 9 as usual.
The kneading teeth 9 are only provided in the mixing part 10 of the screw, while the plastic, tifi decorative part 11 has no teeth 12 or teeth 12 that are strongly set back. The shaft 7 has a plasticizing strip 13 which extends through the plasticizing part 11 and is attached in front of the screw flights 14.
The effect of the plasticizing bar essentially corresponds to the work of the previously described wedge-shaped kneading surfaces.
