Description
Zylinderschraube. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Zylinderschraube mit mehreren radialen Schlitzen, deren Ausbildung und Anordnung bezweckt, den Schraubenkopf möglichst wenig zu schwächen.
Erfindungsgemäss nehmen die Schlitze vom Kopfumfang gegen das Zentrum. der Kopffläche an Tiefe ab. Auch bei kleinen Abmessungen des Kopfes ist daher starkes Anziehen der Schraube möglich, ohne dass ein Ausbrechen einzelner Kopfteile erfolgt.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist der Erfin- dungsgegenstand in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform in Fig. 1 und 2 zur Dar stellung gebracht, und es zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Axialschnitt nach der Linie 1-1 der Fig. 2, Fig. 2 eine Ansicht von oben, während Fig.3 den zur Anwendung kommenden Schlüssel darstellt.
Die Schraube .hält die Teile 1 und 2 zu sammen und deren Kopf 3 ist in Teil 1 ver senkt. Die drei radial in den Schraubenkopf eingefrästen Schlitze 4, 5 und 6 bilden unter- einander Winkel von 12,0 . Sie beginnen am Rande in einer bestimmten Tiefe, verlaufen bezüglich ihrer Tiefe abnehmend und treffen im Zentrum der Kopffläche zusammen.
Diese Ausführungsform hat sich in der Praxis am vorteilhaftesten erwiesen.
Die Anzahl der Schlitze könnte selbstver ständlich auch nur zwei oder mehr als drei sein.
Die Winkel zwischen je zwei Schlitzen könnten auch ungleich sein, für den Fall, dass die Schraube als Geheimschraube ver wendet würde.
Zum Festziehen und Lösen der Schraube wird ein Schlüssel verwendet, wie ihn Fig. 3 teilweise darstellt. Die Lappen 4', 5' und 6' entsprechen in ihrer Form und Stellung der jenigen der Schraubenschlitze. Der verlän gerte Schaft kann mit einem Griff versehen oder zu einem Hebel abgebogen sein.

The screw. Holds parts 1 and 2 together and the head 3 is lowered in part 1 ver. The three slots 4, 5 and 6 milled radially into the screw head form an angle of 12.0 with one another. They start at the edge at a certain depth, decrease in depth and meet in the center of the head surface.
This embodiment has proven to be the most advantageous in practice.
The number of slots could of course also be only two or more than three.
The angles between each two slots could also be unequal, in the event that the screw were used as a secret screw.
A key is used to tighten and loosen the screw, as shown partially in FIG. The tabs 4 ', 5' and 6 'correspond in shape and position to those of the screw slots. The extended shaft can be provided with a handle or bent to a lever.
