Description
Einspritz-Brennliraftmasebine mit einer- in einem gekiihlten Zylinderdeckel eingesetzten Vorkammer. Die Erfindung betrifft eineEinspritz-Brenn- kraftmaschine mit einer in einen gekühlten Zylinderdeckel eingesetzten Vorkammer und besteht darin, dass der Vorkammerkörper im Zylinderdeckel durch eine bei dessen innerer Wand angreifende, durch den Kühlraum und die äussere Deckelwand hindurch nach aussen geführte Druckhülse, die im Deckelkühlraum Aussparungen aufweist, an die innere Deckel wand gepresst wird. Dadurch soll dem Vor kammerkörper eine freie Ausdehnung in der Einsetzrichtung ermöglicht werden.
Das Ganze ist so, dass der Vorkammerkörper in jede Lage gedreht werden kann.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs gegenstandes ist auf der Zeichnung zur Dar stellung gebracht.
Fig. 1 ist ein teilweiser Schnitt nach der Linie 1-I der Fig. 2, und Fig. 2 ein Schnitt nach der Linie II-II der Fig. 1.
a ist die innere, b die äussere Wand, c der Kühlraum des nicht weiter gezeichneten gekühlten Zylinderdeckels, d die Vorkammer und e der gekühlte Vorkammerkörper einer Vorkammer-Brennkraftmaschine, deren. Ver brennungsraum mit f' bezeichnet ist. Der Brennstoff wird durch die von der Nadel g gesteuerte Düse 1a in die Vorkammer einge spritzt, dort zum Teil verbrannt und dann von dem dabei sich ausdehnenden gasförmi gen Kammerinhalt durch die Öffnungen i in brennendem Zustand in den Verbrennungs raum f geschleudert.
Der Vorkammerkörper e wird durch Schrauben<I>k</I> mit Muttern <I>l</I> ver mittelst einer mit einer Brille in versehenen Druckbüchse n dichtend an die innere Wand a des Zylinderdeckels angepresst. Die Druck büchse n drückt auf einen Rand des Vor kammerkörpers, der unmittelbar bei der innern Wand a des Zylinderdeckels am Vorkammer körper angeordnet ist derart, dass es dem im Betrieb sich hoch erhitzenden Vorkammer körper möglich ist, sich der Erhitzung ent sprechend frei auszudehnen. In der Druck büchse sind im Kühlraum des Zylinderdeckels Fenster o ausgespart, so dass das Kühlwasser des Zylinderdeckels ungehinderten Zutritt zu dem Vorkammerkörper hat.
Dieser kann nach Lösen der Muttern l in jede Lage gedreht werden.

The prechamber body e is pressed sealingly against the inner wall a of the cylinder cover by screws <I> k </I> with nuts <I> l </I> by means of a pressure sleeve n provided with a goggle. The pressure sleeve n presses on an edge of the pre-chamber body, which is arranged directly at the inner wall a of the cylinder cover on the pre-chamber body in such a way that it is possible for the pre-chamber body, which heats up during operation, to expand freely according to the heating. In the pressure sleeve windows o are recessed in the cooling space of the cylinder cover so that the cooling water of the cylinder cover has unimpeded access to the antechamber body.
This can be turned into any position after loosening the nuts l.
