Abstract
Disclosed are a payment system based on different funds-management servers, and a payment method, device and funds-management server therefor, belonging to the field of e-commerce. The method comprises: a second funds-management server receiving payment request information sent by a first terminal (S202); comparing a first terminal account funds balance with a payment amount to determine whether an electronic commitment payment certificate can be created (S203); if yes, the second funds-management server freezing the funds balance within the first terminal account, the funds balance corresponding to the payment amount (S209); generating the electronic commitment payment certificate for the funds-management server to commit to pay funds according to an agreed condition, and sending the electronic commitment payment certificate to a second terminal to make a credit commitment payment on behalf of the first terminal. 33. The funds-management server of any one of claims 26 to 32, wherein the processor is configured to receive payment request information sent by the first terminal, wherein the first terminal is a mobile phone.
34. The funds-management server of any one of claims 26 to 32, wherein the processor is configured to receive payment request information sent by the first terminal, wherein the first terminal is a personal computer.
35. The funds-management server of any one of claims 26 to 34, wherein the client account is a purchasing account.
36. The funds-management server of claim 35, wherein the purchasing account is a bank account.
37. A network payment method for e-commerce transactions, based on a cross-funds server, the method comprising:
receiving payment request information transmitted by a first terminal, wherein the payment request information includes at least a payment amount;
comparing a client funds balance in a client account with the payment amount to determine whether an electronic commitment payment certificate can be created, wherein the Date recue / Date received 2021-11-01 electronic commitment payment certificate is objectively confirmed by the first terminal and authorized by the second funds-management server;
freezing a freeze amount , wherein the freeze amount is greater than or equal to the payment amount;
generating the electronic commitment payment certificate for a second funds-management server to commit to pay the freeze amount according to an agreed condition;
transmitting the electronic commitment payment certificate to a first funds-management server for storage;
synchronizing the electronic commitment payment certificate between the second-funds management server and the first-funds management server; and sending the electronic commitment payment certificate to a second terminal to make a credit commitment payment on behalf of the first terminal.

synchronizing the electronic commitment payment certificate between the second-funds management server and the first-funds management server; and sending the electronic commitment payment certificate to a second terminal to make a credit commitment payment on behalf of the first terminal.
38. The method of claim 37, further comprising:
comparing a credit overdraft limit of the client account, and the payment amount, to determine whether to generate the electronic commitment payment certificate.

a receiving module configured to receive payment request information sent by a first terminal, wherein the payment request information includes a payment amount;
a judging module configured to compare a client funds balance with the payment amount to determine whether an electronic commitment payment certificate can be issued, wherein the electronic commitment payment certificate is objectively confirmed by the first terminal and authorized by the second funds-management server; and a processing module configured to:
freeze a freeze amount when the payment is allowed;
generate an electronic commitment payment certificate;
synchronize the electronic payment commitment certificate between the payment device and a first-funds management server; and Date recue / Date received 2021-11-01 transmit electronic commitment payment certificate to a second terminal if the freeze amount is greater than or equal to the payment amount.

67. The payment device of claim 66, wherein the judging module is further configured to compare whether the sum of the client funds balance and a credit overdraft limit is greater than or equal to the payment amount, when the client funds balance is less than the payment amount.

The payment device of any one of claims 66 to 67, wherein the judging module is further configured to compare whether the sum of the client funds balance, the client overdraft limit and a client loan limit is greater than or equal to the payment amount, when the sum of the client funds balance and the credit overdraft limit is less than the payment amount.
69. The payment device of claim 66, wherein the processing module comprises:
a freezing unit configured to freeze any combination of the client funds balance, the credit overdraft limit, and the client loan limit to make the freeze amount greater than or equal to the payment amount when the payment is allowed;
a certificate generation unit configured to generate the electronic commitment payment certificate; and a synchronization unit configured to transmit the electronic commitment payment certificate to the second terminal.
