Description

MAINTENANCE TOOL USED FOR
DIRECT CURRENT TRANSMISSION LINE
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[00011 The present application relates to the field of electric power, and particularly to a maintenance tool for the direct current transmission line.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[00021 As the power grid construction of China is improved increasingly, the extra high voltage transmission line becomes the backbone of the power grid frame of China, which also has a higher requirement on the maintenance work. Especially, as the 660kV grade of direct current transmission line is firstly applied in China, in order to ensure the normal operation of the transmission line and that troubles found during the operation of the transmission line can be solved timely, to thereby ensure the safe operation of the direct current transmission line, it is necessary to develop a set of tools for the maintenance of the transmission line in operation.
[00031 One of the primary contents of the maintenance work of the transmission line is to repair and replace an insulator. Most high voltage transmission lines are supported on the crossarm via an insulator which plays a fundamental role of supporting the wire and preventing the current from returning to the ground in the aerial transmission lines. The 660kV
ultrahigh voltage direct current transmission line, compared with the extra high voltage and ultrahigh voltage transmission lines in operation currently, employs a different material, for example, the wire is the aluminum conductor steel reinforced of 4xJ11G3A-1000145mm2, and the distance between the electrodes of the wire is 18m. The linear insulator is a V-type composite insulator which has a length of 8.5m in the light polluted area and 9.2m in the heavy polluted area. And the tension insulator string is a 5501(14 double porcelain insulators in parallel.
Influenced by the length of the string of the insulators and the electric clearance, the tower head for carrying the insulators and the transmission lines has a large size, and affected by the project, the vertical load of the lines increases accordingly, which causes the change of the tension, the length and the like, thereby has a higher requirement on the replacement of the insulator in aspects such as the tension and the length. At present, maintenance tools for the transmission line at a voltage grade below 500kV have been more perfect, however, due to the increase of the voltage grade, the diameter of the transmission line and the length of the insulator string are increased. Thus the maintenance tools have been far from the requirements for the replacement.

The tension device is a combination of a mechanical transmission screw rod 84 and a hydraulic device 85, and the mechanical transmission screw rod is connected to the hydraulic device via an insulation pulling rod 86.
First Embodiment 100471 In a case that the present application is provided for replacing a V
type single insulator string on a 660kV direct current transmission line, a combination of the V-string upper clamp 1, the crossarm upper clamp 2, the single string clamp 3 and two tension devices is used, as shown in Figure 9.
[0048] The insert plate 34, having the clamping groove II 33, of the single string clamp 3 is firstly connected on the V-string yoke plate 87, such that the connecting hole on the V-string yoke plate 87 is aligned with the pin holes of the single string clamp 3, and then a bolt is passed through the pin holes, thereby fixedly connecting the single string clamp 3 on the V-string yoke plate 87.
[0049] The fitting-hanging point angle steel at the side of the tower body side is located between the V-string upper plate 11 and the V-string lower plate 12, such that the vertical end of the angle steel is clamped in the clamping groove I of the V-string upper plate 11. And then the two ends of the V-string upper plate 11 are fixedly connected with the two ends of the V-string lower plate 12 via bolts.
[0050] The crossarm wrapper plate is inserted between the two triangular aluminum alloy plates of the crossarm upper clamp 2, such that pin holes on the aluminum alloy plates are corresponded to the connecting hole of the crossarm wrapper plate. Then a bolt is inserted in the pin holes and the connecting hole such that the crossarm upper clamp is fixedly connected to the crossarm wrapper plate.
[00511 Next, the assembling of the first tension device follows. In particular, one end of the hydraulic device 85 is movably connected to an end of the steel connector I
13, having a pin hole, of the V-string upper clamp 1 via a pin shaft, the other end of the hydraulic device 85 is fixedly connected to one end of the mechanical transmission screw rod 84 via the insulation pulling rod, and the other end of the mechanical transmission screw rod 84 is movably connected with one pin hole of the single string clamp 3 via a pin shaft. Then, the second tension device is assembled similarly. One end of the hydraulic device 85 is movably connected to an end of the steel connector II 22, having a pin hole, of the crossarm upper clamp 2 via a pin shaft, the other end of the hydraulic device 85 is fixedly connected with one end of the mechanical transmission screw rod 84 via the insulation pulling rod, and the other end of the mechanical transmission screw rod 84 is movably connected with the other pin hole of the single string clamp 3 via a pin shaft.
[0052] After the connecting operation is finished, the screw rod is tightened or the hydraulic device is actuated such that the V-string upper clamp, the crossarm upper clamp and the single string clamp are tensioned with respect to each other, allowing the inner string insulator being relaxed and no tension being applied thereon. Thereby the V type single insulator string may be replaced.
Second Embodiment = [0053] While replacing the double insulator strings on a 660kV direct current transmission line with the present application, different compositions are made based on the inner string or the outer string to be replaced.
[0054] While replacing the inner string of the double insulator strings, a combination of the V-string upper clamp 1, the knife-like clamp 4 and the tension device is used, as shown in Figure 10. Firstly, the V-string yoke plate 87 is inserted into the clamping groove III of the knife-like clamp 4, and the bend at the head end portion is hooked to the bolt on the V-string yoke plate.
Meanwhile, a pulling force which is opposite to the direction of the force exerted on the bolt is applied to the handle end of the knife-like clamp, to thereby fixedly connecting the knife-like clamp with the V-string yoke plate.
[0055] The V-string upper clamp 1 and the fitting-hanging point angle steel at the side of the tower boy are connected in the same manner as that in the first embodiment.
[0056] Then assembling the tension device. One end of the hydraulic device 85 is movably connected to an end of the steel connector I 13, having a pin hole, of the V-string upper clamp 1 = via a pin shaft, the other end of the hydraulic device 85 is fixedly connected to one end of the mechanical transmission screw rod 84 via the insulation pulling rod, and the other end of the mechanical transmission screw rod 84 is movably connected to the pin hole of the handle end of the knife-like clamp via a pin shaft.
[0057] After the connecting operation is finished, the screw rod is tightened or the hydraulic device is actuated such that the V-string upper clamp and the knife-like clamp are tensioned, =
allowing the inner string insulator being relaxed and no tension force being applied thereon.
Thereby the inner string may be replaced.
[0058] While replacing the outer string of the double insulator strings, a combination of the crossarm upper clamp 2, the knife-like clamp 4 and a tension device is used, as shown in Figure 11.
[0059] The crossarm upper clamp 2 and the crossarm wrapper plate 82 are connected in the same manner as that in the first embodiment.
[0060] Then one end of the hydraulic device 85 is movably connected to an end of the steel connector II 22, having a pin hole, of the crossann upper clamp 2 via a pin shaft, the other end of the hydraulic device 85 is fixedly connected to one end of the mechanical transmission screw rod 84 via the insulation pulling rod, and the other end of the mechanical transmission screw rod 84 is movably connected to the pin hole at the handle end of the knife-like clamp via a pin shaft.
[0061] After the connecting operation is finished, the screw rod is tightened or the hydraulic device is actuated such that the crossarm upper clamp and the knife-like clamp are tensioned, allowing the outer string insulator being relaxed and no tension force being applied thereon.
Thereby the outer string may be replaced.
Third Embodiment [0062] A single insulator or multiple insulators in the middle portion, or a long rod insulator on a 660kV direct current transmission line may be replaced simply by two closed clamps 5 and two tension devices according to the present application, as shown in Figure 12.
The upper cover of each closed clamp 52 is opened such that it is rotated, about a pin shaft, to one side of the closed clamp main body. Then the two closed clamps are mounted on the steel covers at the two ends of the insulator, respectively, and then each upper cover is covered to its original position and is fixedly connected with the closed clamp main body via a bolt. Thereby the closed clamps are fixedly connected on the insulator.
[0063] Then the mechanical transmission screw rods and the hydraulic devices of the two tension devices are respectively connected to the pin holes at two ends of each closed clamp 5, and then the insulation pulling rod 86 is connected between the mechanical transmission screw rod and the hydraulic device, such that the insulator can be tensioned in a case that the insulator is long.
[0064] After the connecting operation is finished, the screw rod is tightened or the hydraulic device is actuated such that the closed clamps are tensioned, allowing the insulator being relaxed and no tension force being applied thereon. Thereby the insulator may be replaced.
[0065] In a case that the insulator is heavy, the lifting device on the closed clamp may be used to lift the insulator, which saves the labor cost and improves the safety of the operation.
Fourth Embodiment = [0066] A first insulator at the wire end on a 660kV direct current transmission line is replaced with the cooperation of the wire end clamp 7, the closed clamp 5 and the tension device = according to the present application, as shown in Figure 13. The differences between the present embodiment and the third embodiment lie in that, one closed clamp is clamped on the steel cover of the first insulator at the wire end; then the plate turning clamp 72 of the wire end clamp 7 is rotated around the pin shaft to one side of the wire end clamp main body 71, and the wire end yoke plate is clamped between the main body and the plate turning clamp of the wire end clamp 7 such that the nut on the wire end yoke plate is clamped into the bolt hole of the wire end clamp.
And then the other end of the plate turning clamp is fixedly connected with the wire end clamp main body via a bolt.
