Abstract
This is game/toy intended for kids from age 6-12 and yet parents are going to have fun as well as there are 3 games that are available. One is self evident as it presents a strike zone for a pitcher. I believe this may be the first net game that does just that.
My other two games can involve a number of people (four is comfortable). All three games are intended to provide a level of accuracy to throwing to a target area. Safety is high as tennis balls are to be used or light foam type balls. My games are unique and are copyrighted.
Many types of throws make this game multi-faceted. Being an out of door game that is easily transportable makes it fun for the cottager as well.
Cheap plastics are not used and the net is heavier cord. The net on this frame will be supported on the ground with extended cpvc legs or into 2 plastic bases that provide the necessary support.

Petition Cneryaa to This is my request for a patent application for the owner Kenneth Linton who lives at 182 Lavina Crescent Hamilton Ontario Canada 19c6r8.
The name of this toy/game is to be known as Sport Toss.
Back~-ound of the Invention Sport Toss is a constructed toy that incorporates a net supported on a cpvc frame that will stand upright and also on leg extensions to incorporate games. The games are copyrighted to the extent of using it with the easily constructed net. And it is the games that make this a fun outside toy that will be used in a team fashion. Army-Get-On and 21 or 22 trademarked and copyrighted game instructions along with a strike zone should make this a unique game.
The toy/game is designed for kids and is intended for throwing skill achievement. The strike zone target area is familiar with the game of baseball but another defined game will enhance a toss known as the skyhook that kids can practice at an age before 10. This basketball skill will help kids develop this skill before they can reach a 10' basket.
DESCRIPTION
Sport Toss is a structure comprised of a net 2' x4' of excellent corded quality. The net is attached to a heavy vinyl that is looped with a minimum diameter of 1.5". The bottom is heavily woven.
A frame is now attached to this that consists of 3/4" cpvc pipe. This will maintain some quality to this toy/game. This is a grade above the cheaper plastic tubing. As well there are T fittings and 90 degree elbows that are used in conjunction that will support the net frame and raise it above ground.
The on ground version will have the two front legs lh" shorter than the back so that it slopes back to front and this is to maintain a target area for my game of pitching. The leg length is 1' back and 11.5" at the front. As a part of my games this position will keep balls into this landing zone. Game definition are copyrighted material for game instruction. The net in the ground position I have defined two games.
Out of the box the individual will join two lengths of 2' cpvc to make the length. The top and bottom 2' lengths will be put through the vinyl sleeve and then attached to the 4 T's. The net is now on a frame.
Leg extensions are now made with the 4, 90 degree elbows. One leg extension will include cementing in place a 1' cpvc length and an 8" length.
This is done twice. The other two leg extensions include two 4" cpvc lengths and two 7.5" lengths that are glued with the cement that is provided.
Now we will take 2 pvc place mats 8"x 1' and place a 6" elastic stretch band thru both and tie it off. This is done in the four corners.
This can now be looped over the 1' length leg extension for the on ground position of the net to play Army-Get-On.
For the strike zone the long leg extension 1' length is placed towards the back and this along with weight provided by filling two bags with sand will provide the stability as balls are tossed from the pitching mound.
The strike zone for baseball pitching requires the net to show the 13"
strike area. A heavy cord will be interwoven and tied off to show this off.
This strike zone is now self evident. Rubber balls in the package are supplied.
My package design will feature the pictures herein contained. It will contain a small vile of cpvc glue and two heavy plastic bags that may or may not have handles for ease of carrying.

Claims (21)
1) In the construction of Sport Toss a detailed list of instructions are included to show the integral connections. This along with instruction for games copyrighted and included will support the use of this net upon a frame and leg extensions called target area. Primarily the constructed toy to be used outside is intended for a specific age group to practice throwing skills.
2) The target area recited in claim 1 is made of a net 22" x46" that is a double bound thickness. This net is stitched to a vinyl border on the 2 long sides and on 1 short side. It will be so stitched so that it maintains a 1.5" diameter. The other short side is double twined so as to have the net bound.
3) The net recited in claim 2 is high quality. (no cheap substitute)
4) The net recited in claim 3 is now attached by using along the longer length two 2' lengths of cpvc cream colored pipe. A 3/4" join fitting is used. The ends of the cpvc are glued and placed into the join. This procedure is done twice and this relates to the length.
5) The lengths related in claim 4 are now placed down the length of the vinyl border of the net. Two lengths of cpvc of 22" length are placed thru the top vinyl border and along the bottom this length is interwoven in the net.
The net is now supported.
The net is now supported.
6) The supported net as recited in claim 5 is now fitted with 3/4" T's of cpvc called fittings.
7) Leg extensions are made of 3/4" cpvc fittings of 90 degrees and 3/4" cpvc tube.
8) One pair of leg extensions as recited in claim 7 will see a 1' cpvc tube length glued to the fitting so that 4 lengths of 1' tube are glued to the fitting or elbow.
9) One pair of leg extensions as recited in claim 7 will see a 4" length of tube glued to the fitting. Thus 2 lengths are required. As well there will be an 11.5" length of tube glued as well. Thus 2 lengths are required. The 11.5" leg extension provides support to the structure and is called a stand.
10) The supported net as recited in claim 6 will now have the leg extensions glued to those T's. Only the 11.5" leg extension is glued to the T's.
11) The supported net as recited in claim 6 will not have the cpvc glued to the T so as to make it more portable. The cpvc tubes can easily be taken out of the vinyl sleeve.
12) The stand as recited in claim 9 is now placed upon the ground with leg extension going backwards from the net. The net support is in an upright stance or vertical standing net.
13) The vertical standing net as recited in claim 12 will need to be weighed down so that ball tossing keeps it erect. In my package there will be two heavy rugged plastic containers with handles with one open end. It will need to take up to 15 pounds of sand. So thirty pounds of sand or dirt is required. These will now be placed over the leg extensions so as to anchor this vertical standing net.
14) The vertical standing net as recited in claim 12 is consistent with the strike zone in baseball. To delineate the exact zone 13" is marked on the top and bottom cpvc tube. A black 5' piece of twisted cotton thread will be interwoven with net and attached and tied off with the bottom and top length cpvc tube.
15) The stand as recited in claim 9 can now be placed so that the 4 legs are touching ground. This is called the horizontal standing net.
16) The horizontal standing net as recited in claim 15 is now ready for my copyrighted game of 21 or 22.
17) The horizontal standing net as recited in claim 15 will have along the 1' extension a launch pad placed along the two such lengths.
18) The launch pad as recited in claim 17 is made of 2 pvc place mats that is 8×17". At each corner a hole is punched through both place mats and then a 6" elastic tape band will go thru and be tied off at each corner. The place mats with the bands in place will now be looped over each leg extension so that it lies flat in place. It is taught but is somewhat bouncy.
19) My package will include tennis balls and two Velcro strips. The tennis balls will be attached to the Velcro belts.
20) Another game with instructions is the game of Army-Get-On. Hereto copyrighted and trademarked.
21) Any aesthetic change for instance color or if cpvc tube is functionally changed to steel tubing or the like is herein apart of this patent claim.
