Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE CICLOHEXANONA E CICLOHEXANOL. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para preparar ciclohexanona e ciclohexanol, o processo compreendendo (a) neutralizar ácidos e/ou diáxido de carbono presente em uma solução orgânica compreendendo ainda hidroperóxido de ciclohexila pela mistura da solução orgânica com uma primeira solução de base aquosa em uma temperatura de 50 a 80°C para formar uma primeira mistura compreendendo uma primeira fase aquosa com um pH de 8,5 a 13 e uma primeira fase orgânica, (b) separar a primeira fase aquosa da primeira mistura resultando em uma mistura restante compreendendo a primeira fase orgânica, (c) decompor hidroperóxido de ciclohexila presente na mistura restante pela mistura da mistura restante com uma segunda solução de base aquosa em uma temperatura de 60 a 110°C para formar uma segunda mistura compreendendo uma segunda fase aquosa e uma segunda fase orgânica compreendendo ciclohexanona e ciclohexanol, (d) separar a segunda fase aquosa da segunda fase orgânica em uma temperatura mais elevada do que 80°C.
