Abstract

"TENAZES DE SOLDAGEM POR PONTOS PARA APLICAçõES ROBóTICAS PARA A SOLDAGEM A RESISTêNCIA DE PEçAS DE TRABALHO". A presente invenção refere-se a tenazes de soldagem por pontos (1) para aplicações robóticas para a soldagem a resistência de peças de trabalho e, em particular, metais laminados, compreendendo braços de tenaz (3) montados, tal como um pivó no corpo de base (2), que pode ser ajustado usando um meio de atuação (13) e no qual retentores de eletrodo (4) para os eletrodos (5) são presos, e ainda incluindo meios de enrolamento (7) com um rolo de desenrolamento (10) e um rolo de enrolamento (11) para desenrolar e enrolar uma tira (6) para a proteção de pelo menos um eletrodo (5). De acordo com a invenção, tais tenazes de soldagem por pontos (1) podem ser produzidas, que o acesso não é afetado seriamente e com uma construção muito simples e compacta, onde o rolo de desenrolamento (10) e o rolo de enrolamento (11) do dispositivo de enrolamento (7) são dispostos no corpo de base (2) ou no braço de tenaz (3), e que pelo menos uma ranhura de guia (8) da orientação da tira (6), é fornecida no braço de tenaz (3) e/ou o retentor de eletrodo (4).
