Abstract

"MATERIAL NãO-TECIDO HIDROENTRELAçADO E MéTODO DE PRODUZIR TAL MATERIAL". A invenção se refere a um material não-tecido composto bem integrado hidroenrtelaçado, compreendendo uma mistura de filamentos contínuos, de fibras curtas sintéticas e de fibras naturais que apresentam uma reduzida desigualdade dos dois lados e uma textura melhorada. As fibras curtas sintéticas devem ter um comprimento compreendido entre 3 e 7 mm, e, preferivelmente, não deve haver ligação térmica entre os filamentos. A invenção refere-se igualmente a um método destinado à produção deste material não-tecido. Este não-tecido compreende uma mistura de 10 a 50% em peso de filamentos contínuos selecionados preferivelmente do grupo que compreende polipropileno, poliésteres e polilactídeos, 5 a 50% em peso de fibras curtas sintéticas selecionadas do grupo que compreende polietileno, polipropileno, poliésteres, poliamidas, polilactídeos, rayon e Lyocell, e 20 a 85% em peso de fibras naturais, preferivelmente de polpa. Os filamentos contínuos devem ser preferivelmente filamentos de via fundida. The invention relates to a well-integrated hydro-interwoven composite nonwoven material comprising a blend of continuous filaments, synthetic short fibers and natural fibers which exhibit reduced two-sided inequality and improved texture. The synthetic short fibers should be between 3 and 7 mm in length, and preferably there should be no thermal bond between the filaments. The invention also relates to a method for producing this nonwoven material. This nonwoven comprises a mixture of 10 to 50% by weight of continuous filaments preferably selected from the group comprising polypropylene, polyesters and polylactides, 5 to 50% by weight of synthetic short fibers selected from the group comprising polyethylene, polypropylene, polyesters, polyamides, polylactides, rayon and Lyocell, and from 20 to 85% by weight of natural fibers, preferably pulp. The continuous filaments should preferably be fused track filaments. A portion of the staple fibers and / or pulp may be colored.
