Abstract
"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE CHAPAS ACRìLICAS SANITARY WARE, DE GRANITO SINTéTICO, UTILIZANDO O SISTEMA CAST, PODENDO OU NãO LEVAR A APLICAçãO DE REFORçO EM ABS". OF SYNTHETICS, USING THE CAST SYSTEM, WHICH MAY OR NOT LEAD THE ABS REINFORCEMENT APPLICATION". In which an unprecedented process for obtaining sanitary ware acrylic - synthetic granite is presented, which provides for the execution of two polymerization phases, the phase called the first polymerization (D) being defined by a stage called first preparation of the molds (D1); a step called mold filling (D2), where the mold is filled with the first formulation; a step called polymerization (D3), where the molds are placed inside an autoclave, and this operation follows a thermal curve where the initial temperature is 50 <198> C, and after one hour it rises to 120 < 198> C and remains constant until the end of the period with a total time of five hours, and after four hours begins the cooling step (D4) of the molds and the polymerized sheets inside, thus moving to a cooling step of the molds. molds (D4), demoulding step of the plates (D5); plate milling step (D6), where the plates are milled; a step called particle selection (D7). In turn, the phase called second polymerization (E) presents a first step called second mold preparation (E1); a step called mold filling (E2); a step called degassing (E3); a step called polymerization (E4), where they are filled with the second formulation and placed inside an autoclave, whose thermal curve has an initial temperature of 50 <198> C, raised to 80 <198> C and maintained for one hour, after this time the temperature is raised to a level of 120 <198> C and maintained until the end of the four hour period, after which the second mold cooling step (E5) is started, where the molds return to the auto clef, with a new and final polymerization; a final demoulding step of the sheets (E6).
