Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PASTAS DE PIGMENTO, PASTAS DE RESINA E AGENTES DE REVESTIMENTO SUPERFICIAL FAZENDO USO DAS MESMAS"<D>. Pasta de pigmento contendo pastas de resina de poliuretano uréia com funcionalidade hidróxi diluíveis em água, com um teor de grupo de uréia (calculado como -NHCONH-) de 10 a 300 mmoles, um teor de grupo uretano (calculado como -NHCOO-) de 20 a 300 mmoles, cada um deles em 100 g de resina sólida, um valor de OH de 20 a 250 mg KOH/g, um valor ácido de 15 a 80 e um peso molecular numérico médio, Mn, de 1.000 a 20.000 obtenível por: I) preparação de um prepolímero de poliuretano contendo grupo NCO por reação de: a1) compostos de funcionalidade hidróxi com um peso molecular numérico médio (Mn) de 360 a 8.000, a2) poliisocianatos e a3) compostos com pelo menos um grupo que pode reagir com isocianato e pelo menos um grupo iónico, II) reação subseq³ente do prepolímero com: a4) monoaminas de funcionalidade hidróxi e, opcionalmente, polióis e, III) neutralização dos grupos iónicos, que podem ser convertidos em grupos iónicos.
