Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MANCAL DESLIZANTE SINTERIZADO PARA MOTORES E ENGRENAGENS"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um mancal deslizante sinterizado para motores e engrenagens, com uma superfície de deslizamento, formada por um furo de mancal (11) e com lubrificante de reservatórios de lubrificante aplicável no mancal, no qual o furo de mancal apresenta, distribuídos sobre o perímetro, alternadamente, superfícies de deslizamento (14) de poros pequenos, altamente compactadas, e reservatórios de lubrificante (16) de poros abertos, de baixa densidade, estendidos axialmente. A lubrificação é aperfeiçoada, particularmente nas fases inciais do funcionamento, pelo fato de que os reservatórios de lubrificante estão formados por estruturas de ranhuras, com pelo menos duas ranhuras longitudinais e que pelo menos em uma parte das estruturas de ranhuras, uma parte dos vértices de ranhura (16K) que permanecem entre duas ranhuras longitudinais contíguas (16R), estão em contato com um eixo alojado pelo furo de mancal, para transferência de lubrificante.
