Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"ADESIVO PARA PLACAS DE FIBRA E UM PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DO MESMO"<D>. Um aglutinante adesivo para ligar partículas de lignocelulose, fibra e flocos de origem vegetal para a preparação de placas de partículas, placas de fibra, placas de flocos e de produtos similares com base em madeira, e o processo para a preparação das mesmas, e as placas de fibra ou outros produtos finais preparadas pela utilização do referido aglutinante adesivo, e o processo usado para a preparação do referido produto. O referido aglutinante adesivo consiste de uma fração solúvel em água oxidada, derivada a partir da polpação mecânica ou quimimecânica de matérias-primas de lignocelulose,e também pode conter, por exemplo,lignina isolada da polpação química, ou um tensoativo. A preparação da composição do aglutinante adesivo compreende as etapas de separa um efluente líquido a partir de matérias-primas de madeira e concentrar, e oxidar o referido efluente líquido em uma suspensão aquosa que contenha uma oxidase, e introduzir um gás que contenha oxigênio no interior da referida suspensão.Invention Patent: <B> "ADHESIVE FOR FIBER PLATES AND A PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE SAME" <D>. An adhesive binder to bind lignocellulose particles, fiber and flakes of vegetable origin for the preparation of particle boards, fiber boards, flakes and similar products based on wood, and the process for preparing them, and the fiber boards or other end products prepared by using said adhesive binder, and the process used for preparing said product. Said adhesive binder consists of an oxidized water-soluble fraction, derived from the mechanical or chemimechanical pulping of lignocellulose raw materials, and may also contain, for example, lignin isolated from the chemical pulping, or a surfactant. The preparation of the adhesive binder composition comprises the steps of separating a liquid effluent from raw wood materials and concentrating, and oxidizing said liquid effluent in an aqueous suspension containing an oxidase, and introducing an oxygen-containing gas into the interior suspension.
