Abstract

"SISTEMAS DE COMUNICAçõES QUE PRESTA SERVIçO A UMA PLURALIDADE DE ASSINANTES E PARA OTIMIZAR O USO DA CAPACIDADE DE UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçõES DE RáDIO, E, PROCESSO DE OTIMIZAçãO DE USO DA CAPACIDADE DE UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçãO DE RáDIO". Um sistema de telefonia celular, otimizando a demanda do usuário pela cobrança dos assinantes de acordo com uma Taxa de Cobrança Variável (VCR) que é baseada na elasticidade de preço dos assinantes. De acordo com a apresente invenção, o provedor de serviço monitora a carga em cada célula e, para cada célula, o provedor de serviço determina continuamente uma taxa de cobrança que pode ser individualizadas para a categoria de assinante específica de acordo com várias variáveis, oferecendo aos assinantes uma VCR que é otomizada para a capacidade de célula individual e capacidade do sistema geral. De acordo com uma modalidade ilustrativa, os assinantes podem utilizar as estações móveis suportando o Serviço de Mensagem Curta (SMS) para fornecer aos assinantes a VCR transmitida. O sistema pode determinar, em tempo real, as VCR ótimas para células individuais para maximizar a receita gerada pela célula a qualquer hora do dia. As VCR podem ser transmitidas seletivamente para a estação móvel VCR para informar os assinantes sobre a taxa atual de cobrança para as chamadas. As VCR podem ser individualizadas para categorias específicas de assinantes para fornecer uma melhor diferenciação de preço entre os assinantes com base na elasticidade de preço das categorias de assinantes.
