Abstract

Patente de Invenção "COMPOSIçãO LìQUIDA AQUOSA, E, PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM REVESTIMENTO DE FOSTATO E UM REVESTIMENTO PROTETOR SOBRE A SUPERFìCIE DE UM SUBSTRATO METáLICO". O níquel em composições convencionais de revestimento por conversão de fosfato contendo baixos teores de zinco e níquel pode ser substituído por concentrações substancialmente menores de íons cúpricos sem se perder as vantagens na qualidade que motivaram a adição de níquel a composições fosfatantes de baixo teor de zinco originalmente; de fato, melhor resistência alcalina e melhor adesão de tinta podem ser obtidas, junto com a redução de custos substancial.
