Abstract
anticorpos anti-psl de pseudomonas, seus método de produção e uso na prevenção ou no tratamento de infecção por pseudomonas, polinucleotídeo, vetor, composição farmacêutica, bem como métodos in vitro para bloqueio ou prevenção da ligação de p. aeruginosa a células epiteliais e para aumento de morte opsonofagocítica de p. aeruginosa. a presente invenção refere-se a anticorpos ou fragmento de ligação a antígeno dos mesmos, os quais se ligam especificamente a psl de pseudomonas, em que o anticorpo ou fragmento de ligação a antígeno do mesmo (a) inibe a ligação de pseudomonas aeruginosa a células epiteliais, (b) promove a morte opsonofagocítica (opk) de p. aeruginosa, ou (c) inibe a ligação de p. aeruginosa a células epiteliais e promove a opk de p. aerugi--nosa. a presente invenção refere-se ainda aos métodos de produção e uso dos referidos anticorpos na prevenção ou no tratamento de infecção por pseudomonas, a polinucleotídeo, a vetor, a composição farmacêutica, bem como aos métodos in vitro para bloqueio ou prevenção da ligação de p. aeruginosa a células epiteliais e para aumento de morte opsonofagocítica de p.20 aeruginosa.
