Abstract
PNEUMÁTICO CUJA BANDA DE RODAGEM COMPORTA UM SBR EMULSÃO COM ELEVADA TAXA DE TRANS A presente invenção refere-se a um pneumático cuja banda de rodagem compreende uma composição de borracha comportando pelo menos: 40 a 100 pce de um copolímero de estireno-butadieno emulsão (E-SBR), dito primeiro elastômero diênico cuja taxa de unidades butadienil 1,4-trans é superior a 50% em peso do total das unidades butadienila; opcionalmente, 0 a 60 pce de outro elastômero diênico, dito segundo elastômero diênico; 90 a 150 pce de uma carga inorgânica reforçante; um sistema plastificante compreendendo: de acordo com uma taxa A compreendida entre 10 e 60 pce, uma resina hidrocarboneto apresentando uma Tg superior a 20°C; de acordo com uma taxa B compreendida entre 10 e 60 pce, um plastificante líquido a 20°C cuja Tg é inferior a -20°C; sendo entendido que A+B é superior a 45 pce. O empregado de tal SBR emulsão combinado com taxas de carga inorgânica e de plastificante elevadas nas composições de banda de rodagem do pneumático de acordo com a invenção, permite obter uma aderência sobre solo úmido fortemente melhorada, em relação a uma composição de controle, sem prejudicar a resistência à rodagem.
