Abstract
bactéria,e, método para produzir um aminoácido contendo enxofre, uma substância relacionada ao mesmo, ou uma mistura dos mesmos. é desenvolvida uma técnica nova para melhorar a capacidade de uma bactéria para produzir aminoácido contendo enxofre, e com isso são fornecidos uma bactéria produtora de aminoácido contendo enxofre, e um método para produzir um composto tal como um aminoácido contendo enxofre. um aminoácido contendo enxofre, uma substância relacionada ao mesmo, ou uma mistura dos mesmos é produzido (a) pela cultura de uma bactéria que pertence à família enterobacteriaceae, que tem uma capacidade para produzir aminoácido contendo enxofre e tem sido modificada de modo que a atividade para produzir a proteína codificada pelo gene yeee, por exemplo, a proteína do seguinte (a) ou (b), seja aumentada em um meio, e coleta de um aminoácido contendo enxofre, de uma substância relacionada ao mesmo, ou de uma mistura dos mesmos do meio: (a) uma proteína conisistindo da szequência de aminoácidos de seq id no: 14, (b) uma proteína consistindo da sequência de aminoácidos de seq id no: 14 incluindo substituição, deleçãop, inserção, ou adição de um ou vários resíduos de aminoácidos, e cuja atividade intracelular aumentadamelhora a capacidade de produzir aminoácido contendo enxofre.
