Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE POLIÓIS POLIÉTER COM UM ELEVADO TEOR DE ÓXIDO DE ETILENO. Polióis poliéter com um índice de hidroxila de 15 a 120 mg de KOH/g são produzidos (i) introduzindo uma mistura de catalisador de DMC e um poliol polioxialquileno, ou uma mistura de catalisador de DMC e um poliol poliéter ("heel-frente de reação") obtenível pelo processo de acordo com a invenção, inicialmente em um reator e; (ii) continuamente introduzindo um (ou mais) composto(s) iniciador(es) de baixo peso molecular com uma funcionalidade hidroxila (mista) de 2,2 a 6,0 e uma mistura composta por (a) 73 a 80 partes em peso (por 100 partes em peso de (a) mais (b) de óxido de etileno e (b) 27 a 20 partes em peso (por 100 partes em peso de (a) mais (b)) de pelo menos um óxido de alquileno substituído correspondendo a uma fórmula especificada na mistura da etapa (i).
