Abstract
micro-organismos de levedura com acumulação de subproduto reduzida para produção melhorada de combsutíveis, produtos químicos e aminoácidos. a presente invenção se refere a micro-organismos recombinantes compreendendo vias e métodos biossintéticos de uso dos referidos micro-organismos recombinantes para produzir vários metabólitos benéficos. em vários aspectos da invenção, os micro-organismos recombinantes podem compreender ainda uma ou mais modificações que resultam na redução ou eliminação de ácido 3-ceto (por exemplo, aceto-lactato e 2-aceto-2-hidroxibutirato) e/ou suprodutos derivados de aldeídos. em vários modalidades descritas aqui, os micro-organismos recombinantes podem ser micro-organismos de saccharomyces clade, micro-organismos de levedurs crabtree-negativos, micro-organismos de leveduras crabtree-positivos, micro-organismos de leveduras pós-wgd (duplicação de genoma inteiro), micro-organismos de leveduras pré-wgd (duplicação de genoma inteiro) e micro-organismos de leveduras não fermentadores.
