Abstract

são descritos métodos para a fabricação de componentes estampados a quente. o método compreende fornecimento de um componente estampado a quente por meio de resfriamento em molde com conformação a quente. seleção de uma primeira e uma segunda porções do componente estampado a quente cuja microestrutura deve ser alterada, em que a primeira porção tem uma largura diferente daquela da segunda porção. é fornecido um sistema de laser, em que o sistema de laser compreende um ou mais elementos ópticos e uma fonte de laser para geração de um feixe de laser. o sistema de laser é movido ao longo de um comprimento do componente. finalmente, o sistema de laser é aplicado, em uma única passagem, sobre a primeira e segunda porções selecionadas usando o sistema de laser, em que o tamanho de ponto do feixe de laser é ajustado durante a aplicação do feixe de laser e está adaptado às larguras das primeira e segunda porções e em que a potência do feixe de laser é regulada com base na temperatura medida nas porções determinadas do componente estampado a quente. a descrição se refere ainda a componentes obtidos usando tais métodos.
