Abstract

processo para produzir um reagente de fosfato de cálcio, partícula de reagente de fosfato de cálcio, e, método de purificação de um efluente líquido. este pedido se refere a um processo para produzir um reagente de fosfato de cálcio, de acordo com o qual: - em uma primeira etapa, é feito uso de uma fonte de cálcio e uma fonte de íons fosfato em água, em uma razão molar que é ajustada de modo a obter uma razão molar ca/p de entre 0,5 a 1,6, e a fonte de cálcio é reagida com os íons fosfato a um ph de entre 2 e 8, a fim de obter uma suspensão (a) de fosfato de cálcio, e ? - em uma segunda etapa, são adicionados à suspensão (a) um composto alcalino compreendendo íons hidróxido a fim de definir um ph de mais de 8 e uma fonte adicional de cálcio a fim de obter uma suspensão (b) de reagente de fosfato de cálcio tendo uma razão molar ca/p de mais de 1,6. adicionalmente, o pedido se refere a um método para purificar um efluente líquido contendo elementos metálicos e/ou elementos não metálicos com o reagente de fosfato de cálcio obtenível por esse processo.
