Abstract

MOLÉCULA DE ÁCIDO NUCLEICO ISOLADA, VETOR COMPREENDENDO A MESMA, CÉLULA HOSPEDEIRA, MÉTODOS PARA GERAR UMA PLANTA, PARTE, ÓRGÃO, SEMENTE OU CÉLULA DE PLANTA TRANSGÊNICA RESISTENTE A HERBICIDA, PARA CONTROLE DE ERVAS DANINHAS, PARA CONFERÊNCIA DE RESISTÊNCIA A UM HERBICIDA A UMA PLANTA, BEM COMO USO DA PLANTA, PARTE, ÓRGÃO, SEMENTE OU CÉLULA DE PLANTA TRANSGÊNICA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma classe de enzimas EPSPS e ácidos nucleicos úteis na codificação das mesmas, bem como a novos polipeptídeos envolvidos em metabolismo de N-(fosfonometil)glicina, ácidos nucleicos codificando tais polipeptídeos e métodos para identificação dos mesmos. As modalidades particulares se referem a plantas, partes de planta e células de planta que compreendem polipeptídeos e/ou ácidos nucleicos.
