Abstract

PROCESSO PARA DESIDROGENAR COMPOSTOS DE ALCANO OU ALQUILAROMÁTICOS, COMPOSIÇÃO CATALISADORA DE DESIDROGENAÇÃO E PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UM CATALISADOR. Processo para desidrogenar compostos de alcano ou alquilaromático compreendendo contatar o dado composto e um catalisador de desidrogenação em um leito fluidificado. O catalisador de desidrogenação é preparado com catalisador de platina/gálio pelo menos parcialmente desativado sobre suporte à base de alumina que é reconstituído por impregnação do mesmo com uma solução de sal de platina e então calcinação a uma temperatura de 400ºC a 1000ºC, sob condições tais que apresente teor de platina variando de 1 a 500 ppm, com base no peso de catalisador; um teor de gálio variando de 0,2 a 2,0% em peso; e uma relação de platina para gálio variando de 1:20.000 a 1:4. Possui também uma retenção de Pt igual ou maior que a de um catalisador fresco utilizado em um processo catalítico igual ou similar.
