Abstract

"PROTEìNA DE METABOLIZAçãO DE HERBICIDA, SEU GENE E USO". A presente invenção provê, por exemplo, DNA codificando uma proteína de metabolização de herbicida selecionada do grupo de proteína abaixo. Tal DNA pode, por exemplo, ser empregado para produzir plantas herbicidamente resistentes. <Grupo de proteína> uma proteína compreendendo a seq³ência de aminoacido mostrada na SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 108, 159, 160, 136, 137, 138, 215, 216, 217, 218, 219, 220, 221, 222, 223 ou 224, uma proteína tendo a habilidade de converter na presença de um sistema de transporte de elétron contendo um doador de elétron um composto da fórmula (11) em um composto da fórmula (111) e compreendendo uma seq³ência de aminoacido tendo pelo menos 80% de identidade de seq³ência com uma seq³ência de aminoacido mostrada em qualquer uma da SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 108, 159, 136, 137, 138, 215, 216, 217, 218, 219, 220, 221, 222, 223 ou 224 ou uma seq³ência de aminoacido tendo pelo menos 90% de identidade de seq³ência com uma seq³ência de aminoacido mostrada em qualquer uma da SEQ ID NO: 160, 215, 216, 218, 222 ou 224.
