Abstract

"áCIDO NUCLEICO RECOMBINANTE, VETOR OU PLASMìDEO, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA, CéLULA VEGETAL, PLANTA OU PARTE DESTA, E, MéTODO PARA TRANSFORMAR UMA CéLULA VEGETAL". A invenção diz respeito a um método de transformação para a obtenção de plantas transgênicas e plantas obtidas com o dito método. A invenção fornece um método para transformar uma célula vegetal que compreende fornecer uma célula vegetal com um ácido nucleico recombinante que compreende uma construção de T-DNA que permite a transferência da dita construção no genoma de uma célula vegetal, a dita construção fornecida com um ácido nucleico estranho que é isento de ácido nucleico que codifica um marcador seletivo.
