Abstract
"BUCHA COM FLANGE, PROCESSO PARA SUA FABRICAçãO E FERRAMENTA DE DOBRAMENTO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE FLANGES EM UMA BUCHA". é descrita uma bucha com flange (10) com, pelo menos, um flange (3) moldado que não apresenta nenhuma junta de topo ou uma largura ajustada controlada da junta de topo. O flange (13) apresenta em, pelo menos, dois pontos sobre o flange, distribuídos na direção da circunferência, pelo menos, na camada de metálica (17), recessos com deslocamento de material (16, 16<39>, 16", 16"'). O processo para a fabricação de buchas com flange (10) deste tipo, no qual a borda da bucha é dobrada, prevê que em, pelo menos, dois pontos distribuídos sobre o flange, na direção da circunferência, são efetuados, pelo menos, na camada de metal, recessos com deslocamento de material, sendo que os recessos são produzidos, de preferência, durante o dobramento da borda da bucha. Além disso, é descrita uma ferramenta de dobramento e um dispositivo de dobramento.
