Abstract
"TRATAMENTO DE áGUA RESIDUAL CONTENDO NìQUEL NA FOSFATAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se ao processo para o tratamento de uma solução aquosa contendo níquel, constituída de vertedouro de banho de fosfatação e/ou de água de lavagem após a fosfatação, sendo que a fosfatação é efetuada com uma solução de fosfatação aquosa ácida, que contém 3 até 50 g/I de íons fosfato, calculados como PO~ 4~^ 3-^, 0,2 até 3 g/I de íons zinco, 0,01 até 2,5 g/I de íons níquel, eventualmente outros íons de metais bem como eventualmente aceleradores, sendo que o vertedouro do banho de fosfatação e/ou a água de lavagem após a fosfatação é conduzido através de um trocador de íons fracamente ácido, caracterizado pelo fato de que os grupos ácidos do trocador de íons não são neutralizados em mais do que 15% com íons de metais alcalinos e de que a solução aquosa contendo níquel na aplicação sobre o trocador de íons apresenta um valor do pH na faixa de 2,5 até 6,0."Wastewater treatment containing nickel in phosphate".
