Abstract
Dans un procédé de production mixte, on obtient du coke et de l'énergie électrique en utilisant un four à coke sans récupération, avec addition étagée d'air à la chambre de cokefaction et à des conduits de descente allant au carneau, en prévoyant aussi une chambre d'incinération pour assurer une combustion totale des produits de combustion existant dans les gaz produits, des moyens étant prévus pour séparer le dioxyde de soufre des gaz chauds avant l'utilisation de ceux-ci dans une unité de production de vapeur où de la vapeur est produite en vue d'une production d'énergie électrique, avant décharge des gaz de combustion refroidis, les gaz de décharge présentant une faible teneur en oxydes d'azote et en dioxyde de soufre, de sorte qu'ils sont acceptables pour l'environnement.In a mixed production process, coke and electrical energy are obtained by using a coke oven without recovery, with staged addition of air to the coking chamber and to downspouts leading to the flue, also providing an incineration chamber to ensure total combustion of the combustion products existing in the gases produced, means being provided for separating the sulfur dioxide from the hot gases before the latter are used in a steam production unit where the steam is produced for the production of electrical energy, before discharge of the cooled combustion gases, the discharge gases having a low content of nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide, so that they are acceptable for the environment.
