Abstract

Vitrified electric circuit is printed on a non-electrically conducting surface in a predefined pattern capable of supporting high current densities by directly vitrifying a mass composed of gold powder and/or silver powder mixed with a flux, and an org. support. The flux is lead borosilicate. The org. support is a soln. of a nitrocellulose resin in an org. solvent and pine oil. The gold and/or silver powders are obtd. by the reduction of: their salts in dilute soln. The resistance of the circuit can be easily varied as a function of the proportions of gold or silver in the mixt. Several circuits can be printed one upon the other.
