The working process and principle of this amusement device are as follows: The motor is started to drive the worm to start rotating through the coupling, and the worm drives the turbine meshing therewith to rotate, thereby driving the revolving shaft to rotate; the first gear rotates with the rotation of the revolving shaft, and drives the second gear sleeved on the fixed shaft to rotate, with the fixed shaft not rotating; the second gear drives the inner gear meshing therewith and mounted on the top disk to rotate, the inner gear drives the top disk to rotate, and the top disk drives the revolving arm to rotate, thus achieving the revolution movement of the cabin. The steering wheel in the cabin is rotated in any direction and, due to being fixed to the top of the rotating shaft, drives the rotating shaft to rotate, thereby driving the center wheel installed on the rotating shaft to rotate; the center wheel drives the planetary wheel meshing therewith to rotate, the planetary gear drives the first inner ring meshing therewith to rotate, and the first inner ring drives the cabin connected thereto to rotate, thus achieving the rotation of the cabin. Through the control panel installed in the cabin, the hydraulic system is controlled to control the movement of the cylinder block of the hydraulic cylinder; the movement of the cylinder block drives the lifting arm to rotate, thereby driving the cabin installed at the end of the lifting arm to complete the lifting and tilting movement. The cabin is kept horizontal in the initial state with a height of 2 m from the horizontal plane, and can be accessed through a simple boarding ladder. When the amusement device is being installed, the upper plane of the revolving arm should be at the same level as the ground.
