DESCRIPTION STRUCTURE FOR FIXING CARBON BRUSH LEADING-OUT WIRE Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a structure for fixing a carbon brush leading-out wire.
Background of the Invention
Components such as carbon brushes are mounted inside a real end cover of a motor. A carbon brush leading-out wire needs to be connected to an external wire. If the carbon brush leading-out wire extends out of the motor to be connected to the external wire, the carbon brush leading-out wire is not long enough, and the loosening of components is caused since the carbon brush leading-out wire is pulled by an external force. However, if the external wire extends into the motor to be connected to the carbon brush leading-out wire, it is difficult to connect the carbon brush leading-out wire and the external wire since the inner space of the motor is narrow and the external wire is relatively thick.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide a structure for fixing a carbon brush leading-out wire, which is convenient for the connection of a carbon brush and an external wire and has high safety and firm and stable connection.
For this purpose, the present invention employs the following technical solutions. A structure for fixing a carbon brush leading-out wire is provided, including a carbon brush leading-out wire located within a motor end cover, wherein the carbon brush leading-out wire is connected to an external wire via a terminal stud; external threads are formed at one end of the terminal stud, 1 2017100799 20 Jun2017 while a terminal lug is provided at the other end of the terminal stud; one end of the carbon brush leading-out wire away from a carbon brush is fixed onto an end face of the terminal lug by welding; a first through hole is formed on a side wall of the motor end cover; the end of the terminal stud with the external threads passes through the first through hole and is then in threaded fit with a fixed nut; an external insulating member is provided between the fixed nut and the motor end cover, and an internal insulating member is provided between the terminal lug and the motor end cover; an insulating bush extending into the first through hole is formed on the external insulating member and/or the internal insulating member; and, second through holes for allowing the end of the terminal stud with the external threads to pass therethrough are formed on all the external insulating member, the internal insulating member and the insulating bush.
In the present invention, it is convenient for the connection of a carbon brush and an external wire, the safety is high, and the connection is firm and stable.
Brief Description of the Drawings
Fig. 1 is a structural diagram of the present invention.
Detailed Description of the Invention
The present invention will be further described below by specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in Fig. 1, the present invention provides a structure for fixing a carbon brush leading-out wire, including a carbon brush leading-out wire 2 located within a motor end cover 1, wherein the carbon brush leading-out wire 2 is connected to an external wire via a terminal stud 3; external threads are formed at one end of the terminal stud 3, while a terminal lug 4 is provided at the other end of the terminal stud 3; one end of the carbon brush leading-out wire 2 away from a carbon brush is fixed onto an end face of the terminal lug 4 1 2017100799 20 Jun2017 by welding; a first through hole is formed on a side wall of the motor end cover 1; the end of the terminal stud 3 with the external threads passes through the first through hole and is then in threaded fit with a fixed nut 5; and, an external insulating member is provided between the fixed nut 5 and the motor end cover 1, and an internal insulating member is provided between the terminal lug 4 and the motor end cover 1. Wherein, the terminal lug 4 and the terminal stud 3 are arranged vertically; an insulating bush 8 extending into the first through hole is integrally formed on adjacent end faces of the external insulating member and the internal insulating member; and, second through holes for allowing the end of the terminal stud 3 with the external threads to pass therethrough are formed on all the external insulating member, the internal insulating member and the insulating bush 8. A first gasket 11 and a second gasket 12 are sheathed on the end of the terminal stud 3 located outside the motor end cover 1. A connecting nut 13 is fixed on the terminal stud 3 by threads. The fixed nut 5 is located between the external insulating member and the connecting nut 13. Both the first gasket 11 and the second gasket 12 are confined between the fixed nut 5 and the connecting nut 13. One end of the external wire is tightly compressed between the first gasket 11 and the second gasket 12.
The external insulating member includes an external insulating member body 61 which is arranged annularly and sheathed on the terminal stud 3. A tubular external protective jacket 62 is formed on a face of the external insulating member body 61 away from the motor end cover 1, and the fixed nut 5 is located within the external protective jacket 62. Wherein, a face of the external insulating member close to the side wall of the motor end cover is of a cambered surface structure fitted with an outer surface of the side wall of the motor end cover 1, and an outer edge of the side wall of the motor end cover 1 is circular.
The internal insulating member includes an internal insulating member body 71. A limiting groove is formed on a face of the internal insulating member 3 2017100799 20 Jun2017 body 71 away from an inner surface of the side wall of the motor end cover 1. The shape of the terminal lug 4 along an outer edge of a radial section of the terminal stud 3 and the shape of the limiting groove along the radial section of the terminal stud 3 are identical and polygonal. The terminal stud 3 passes through the internal insulating member body 71 and allows the terminal lug 4 to be within the limiting groove. An auxiliary internal insulating member fixation portion 73 extending to an inner side of the motor is formed at the end of the internal insulating body 71 close to an axial end face of the motor end cover 1. The auxiliary internal insulating member fixation portion 73 comes into contact with an axial inner end face of the motor end cover 1. The auxiliary internal insulating member fixation portion 73 is fitted with the internal insulating member body 71 so that the internal insulating member becomes an L-shaped structure. Wherein, a face of the internal insulating member close to the side wall of the motor end cover is of a cambered surface structure fitted with an inner surface of the side wall of the motor end cover 1, and an inner edge of the side wall of the motor end cover 1 is circular. 4
