Description

1 Bi-directional Inserted Fluid Distributor Technical Field [001] This utility relates to an aerosol product and in particular to a bi-directional inserted fluid distributor used for providing fuels to gas power impact tools. Background of the invention [002] A fluid distributor is a fuel storage device operating on pressure self-jetting, wherein a bag that stores fuels is provided inside the outer tank that contains pressured gas and a valve is provided on top of the bag. The valve can close the opening of the outer tank and be connected to the bag inside the outer tank. When the valve is opened, the fuels inside the bag spray out under the pressure of the gas inside the outer tank to provide the gas powered impact tools with fuels. For instance, a distributor that can distribute fluids (US patent number: 5115944; as shown in figure 1), wherein the valve is connected with the bag by means of a clamp connector. [003] Any reference herein to known prior art does not, unless the contrary indication appears, constitute an admission that such prior art is commonly known by those skilled in the art to which the invention relates, at the priority date of this application. Summary of the invention [004] The present invention provides a bi-directional inserted fluid distributor, including a bag that stores fuels provided inside the outer tank that contains pressured gas, a connector provided within the sealing edge of the bag, a valve connected with the bag via a connector, as well as an intermediate connector, which is a cone with a hole, the lower end of the valve chamber of said valve being a lower pipe projection with spindle nose, said connector provided with a upper pipe projection with spindle nose, the hole of said intermediate connector having interference fit with the lower and upper pipe projections; wherein many thorn-shaped ribs are provided on said lower pipe projection and upper pipe projection; said valve chamber, connector and intermediate connector connection are built of different hardness: the hardness of the intermediate connector is less than that of the valve chamber and the connector. [005] The objective of this utility is to improve the distributor that can distribute fluids by providing a new proposal for the connecting structure between the valve and the bag so that the production techniques can be simplified and we may achieve the same objective with lower material costs and processing costs on the premise that the use performance is satisfied.
2 [006] The objective of the above invention is accomplished through the following technical proposal: a bi-directional inserted fluid distributor, comprising a bag that stores fuels provided inside the outer tank that contains pressured gas, a connector provided within the sealing edge of the bag, a valve connected with the bag via a connector, as well as a intermediate connector, which is a cone with a hole, the lower end of the valve chamber of said valve being a lower pipe projection with spindle nose, said connector provided with a upper pipe projection with spindle nose, the hole of said connector having interference fit with the lower and upper pipe projections. [007] The following optimizing proposals are available as further improvement of this utility: [008] 1. There are not many circles of thorn-shaped ribs on said 'pipe projection of the lower end of the valve chamber' and 'pipe projection of the upper end of the connector'. [009] 2. Said valve chamber, connector and intermediate connector are built of different hardness: the hardness of the intermediate connector is smaller than that of the valve chamber and the connector, i.e; the intermediate connector is made of soft materials, while the valve chamber and connector are made of hard materials. [010] In manufacturing the fluid distributor adopting this structure provided by this utility, the shape of the valve chamber, connector and intermediate connector is so set that they can be connected without clamps, the connecting process is simplified and the sealing effect is better. The production of this utility is very simple and the cost is significantly lowered. [011] The new proposal of integrated fluid distributor provided by this utility simplifies the production techniques, enabling us to achieve the same objective with lower material costs and processing costs on the premise that the use performance is satisfied. As the hardness of the intermediate connector of the optimized proposals is smaller than that of the valve chamber and the connector and its inner bore may deform with the many thorn-shaped ribs on the lower pipe projection and the upper pipe projection so that it can be inserted firmly. Description of the drawings [012] Figure 1 is the structure schematic of the traditional fluid distributor; [013] Figure 2 is the structure schematic of embodiment 1 of this application. [014] Figure 3 is the structure diagram for the lower part of valve chamber of embodiment 1 of this application.
3 [015] Figure 4 is the structure schematic of the intermediate connector of embodiment 1 of this application. [016] Figure 5 is the structure schematic of the connector of embodiment 1 of this application. Embodiment: [017] Embodiment 1:as shown in figure 2, 3, 4 and 5, a fluid distributor, comprising a bag 2 that stores fuels provided inside the outer tank that contains pressured gas, a connector provided within the sealing edge 6 of the bag 2, a valve 3 connected with the bag via a connector 4, as well as a intermediate connector 5, which is a cone with a hole, the lower end of the valve chamber of said valve being a upper pipe projection 7 with spindle nose, said connector 4 provided with a lower pipe projection 8 with spindle nose, the lower pipe projection 8 sticking out of the sealing edge of 3 the bag, the intermediate connector 5 provided with holes 9 corresponding to the upper and lower pipe projections 7,8 and the intermediate connector 5 having interference fit with the lower and upper pipe projections 7 ,8 . Many thorn-shaped ribs are provided on said 'pipe projection of the lower end of the valve chamber' and 'pipe projection of the upper end of the connector'. Among these, the intermediate connector is made of soft plastics, while the valve chamber and connector are made of hard plastics so that the hardness of the intermediate connector is smaller than that of the valve chamber and the connector. Once inserted, as the hardness of the intermediate connector is smaller than that of the valve chamber and the connector and its inner bore may deform with the many thorn-shaped ribs on the lower pipe projection and the upper pipe projection so that it can be inserted firmly. [018] Where ever it is used, the word "comprising" is to be understood in its "open" sense, that is, in the sense of "including", and thus not limited to its "closed" sense, that is the sense of "consisting only of'. A corresponding meaning is to be attributed to the corresponding words "comprise", "comprised" and "comprises" where they appear. [019] It will be understood that the invention disclosed and defined herein extends to all alternative combinations of two or more of the individual features mentioned or evident from the text. All of these different combinations constitute various alternative aspects of the invention. [020] While particular embodiments of this invention have been described, it will be evident to those skilled in the art that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the essential characteristics thereof. The present embodiments and examples are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, and all 4 modifications which would be obvious to those skilled in the art are therefore intended to be embraced therein.
