Description
Description Rail Grinding Attachment.
Universal tool to remove the rough worn edge on rail line.
The attachment fits either skid steer loader or excavator.
Sits exactly on rail line ability to grind left or right side of rail line.
Hydralicly powered by skid steer loader or excavator.
The frame is consrtucted of rhs steel 75mm by 50mm -6mm wall.
Guide wheels secure attachment to rail line, guide wheels are fitted with nylon insulated bush.
Two FM 22 hydralicly driven motors which drive the grinding wheels which are controled by foot controls in the machine chosen for the application.
Grinding wheels are fully coverd limiting grinding fragments to the area of work.
Flotation point allowes the grinding attachment to level itself to the angle fo the rail line.
Claims (4)
1. Rail Grinding attachment consits of a frame housing 2 hydralic motors 2 grinding wheels 4 guide wheels 2 guy lines 2 grinding wheel covers, a hitch floatation device. en, one compleate grinding component that is 33 degree ajustmable, enabling rounging oedging.
2. Rail grinding attachment of claim 1.is to fit either a skid steer loader or excavator, with left or right grinding option, for the sole perpose of removing imperfections of wear on rail line.
3.rail grinding attachment of claim 1&2 the grinding wheels are hydralicly driven and are ajustable to preferance.
4. rail grinding attachment substantially as herein described with referance to the accompanying drawings
