Abstract

Prefabricated modular construction (of one or two floors), consisting of an above-ground foundation (1), a floor (2) comprised of plates, a series of vertical columns (3) resting on the foundation, and a roof (4) consisting of an open latticework and roofing panels. The side walls (5) consist of panels (35) and window frames (36). The upper enclosure includes a dropped ceiling (6). The various components and parts are connected by nuts and bolts, so that the building can be easily disassembled and all of the components can be reused. <IMAGE>
